Canon EOS-M Raw Video - Windy Day in the Wichita Mountains - Collared Lizard, Crayfish, Bison

Ғылым және технология

Canon EOS-M (+Fujian 35mm f/1.7 c mount) Magic Lantern Raw video converted with MLVapp and graded in DaVinci Resolve. Color correction may be a bit off as I was using a cheap ND filter that flared kinda purple(?) in the sunlight. Lots of aliasing and artifacts in mv1080 but the 2.5k crop mode looks pretty clean. Scaled and uploaded in 4k to help out bitrate(?)
A windy July day in the Wichita Mountains of Oklahoma. Chasing wild blue-green collared lizard, crayfish, bison...

Ahhhhh! My home town! We used to catch collard lizards when I was a kid so we could have races. Haven’t been there in a few years but planning a trip home in 2020!

Nice. I've been meaning to get out to there. I'm in Tulsa so maybe I can make a weekend of it.

Very nice clips and cool video! The animal close-ups are great! You wrote "Color correction may be a bit off...": maybe a little, yeah - why not correcting it in post (MLVApp or Resolve)? You recorded RAW - this should be no problem! :)

c-mount Fujian 35mm f/1.6 - and a ND filter I regret using (wider apertures in the sun though!)
