I have had 2 10d cameras but got caught in the megapixel wars and got rid of them might buy another one as a beater camera to keep in my car

A long, long time ago, I bought a 10D to shoot weddings after using an Olympus E20-N, and the 10D seemed like a race horse compared to the Oly! I actually decided to pull my 10D out of storage today and take it for a spin this week. Some of my most favorite images ever were taken with the 10D. My current cameras are a 90D and a 5D MarkIII, and even though they are technological marvels, there is something special about the images from the early Canon cameras. Thanks for posting!!

Another great video. I love my $30 10D. It takes great photos, and the color rendering is beautiful, and similar to the 5D classic. The only issue I ran into was trying to mount an EF-S lens, which I didn't know at the time, was not yet being produced when this camera came out. But no problem, as I have plenty of EF lenses. But as I stated, a great, inexpensive, and well built camera.
I'm a newbie. In fact, of my orders on ebay I've only recieved my Hexanon 40mm lens and still waiting for my Cannon EOSD10. From my research the two should pair like milk and honey. So, now back to your video and thank you.

I'm so glad I found you on KZread. Excellent video, now subscribed. I was given the Canon 10D and a Canon EF 20-35mm 3.5-4.5 IS zoom lens as a birthday gift in 2004. I absolutely love it, and see no reason to "upgrade" to anything else, although I do want a longer zoom lens. So although it's disheartening to see how much the value has dropped over the years, the plus side is that now the accessories can be bought for so little money. I will try to find the lenses, grip, and flash diffuser that you highlighted in your video. Thanks again!

Back in the day.... I opted for the PowerShot A95... with 5MegaPixels.... Not a smart decision. // I've recently seen a lot of EOS 10D reviews... and want to check it out. It's on order now.
