I have a Canon SL2, eos-m and M6 mark II. My Canon lenses are the EF-S 24mm f/2.8 , EF 50mm f/1.8 II and EF 75-300 USM III. A have Viltrox adapter EF/EF-S to EF-M and Speed booster EF to EF-M. The one thing I really like about the telephoto lens is that the background blur is good even at f/5.6 at 300mm focal length. If I need an extra stop of light, I can use the speed booster even though I lose some zoom. Good video.

excellent video. I just got the EOS rebel t7 today and it came bundled with both of these Lenses. When you said the larger lense is better for capturing action and sports ''hands down'' that made me feel like getting the bundle was worth it i plan to mostly use this camera to capture skateboarding photography (no video) great video thanks man!

Go with 55-250mm, it has much better stabilizer
