Excellent 👌 project for public
Seems to be a good project, however, when there are so many apartments over the time seepage problems and different attitudes of neighbours causes so many problems . When i bought an apartment in Raufi Lake Dr. Gulistan e johar and after sometimes people from interior sindh mostly occupied, security compromised, maintenance got worst. Now it looks like a dirtiest place to live. Peoples apartment get break ins. Every resident thinks he is the cheif minister. Advise people to buy a small land and construct.
