Salams from Toronto. It’s a challenge to buy anything in Dubai in this crazy market. The problem is not only the high prices and nobody is saying that the fundamentals do not support it but there is a lot of speculative buying which is not a healthy growth. As they say if it goes up fast, it comes down fast. Townhouse is the way to go if you want value for your money but obviously it means you have to go to the outskirts. In the end it’s all about your WHY. Good luck and see if you can make the townhouse somehow work for you.

Anytime u can afford is the right time

Town Houses dont go on rent very easily, but appartements go on rent really fast.But I still suggest, this is peak it cannot go more higher. Best is wait and watch the market.

You should not call such buys an investment, an investment property has to fit in a very specific definition, if you're buying a property on premise of it being appreciated in the future then it's not a good investment, it's very close to gambling. You need to expand your investment understanding first and then make a purchase.

Can you suggest some good location either for rental or buy where we can get Indian community as well accessible to malls, schools, hospitals/clinics, grocery stores, childrens parks.
