Honestly, Landphil has some of the best control over the audience, especially for a band this size. He says get in the pit, you get in the pit. He says horns up, you horns up. He says make some noise, fucking make some noise, and if he says SPARK ONE UP YOU FUCKING SPARK ONE UP OR FUCK ALL!!

They are fucking great live too

Great mixing. I saw Cannabis Corpse in ~2011 with I think Black Dahlia Murder headlining. One the best shows I've ever been to. They are such a sick band. Even if they are somewhat a parody band they have so many good songs and riffs. Plus the drummer kills it. Great band and musicians

This is one band that you can tell exactly how much weed they smoke based on the glazed over look on Landphils face EVERY SHOW. How he sings like that, while playing, as high as he is IDK. Actually maybe if I got more stoned it would be easier... hm... he just looks so calm lol

I met him at denver 2017 and we smoked with the band. Me and my buddy had 8 blunts rolled for the show and land Phil only smoked the one with us since it hurts his voice to smoke a ton before the show. But Adam and hallhaemr smoked at least 3 with us

Does this band also go by another moniker in which they play songs that aren't pseudo-parody of CC? They're really talented and I understand they got a good thing going, but it's bittersweet in that I feel they could've done equally well, if not better, with an additional project of more "original" material. Hope this makes sense and is not taken as a criticism for what they're doing as Cannabis... ✌
