Another great match! I have had the pleasure of watching all of these matches and just wanted to tip my cap to all the bowlers and to the announcers as well. Happy to see this show back on t.v. too. Thanks for posting.

Oh don't worry, I'm a Maine Native and well familiar with the game. I am also well familiar with tenpin as well, and that is what got me wondering. In Tenpin, the 4-6-1-9-10, or 4-6-7-8-10 is called the Greek Church, and I've rarely seen it in Candlepin, but it has come up.

Those trophies at the end were sooooo huge. :) (Fumbles and groans in the background for being so heavy and awkward.) :)

In frame 6, where Cole left the 4-6-7-9-10, in tenpins, they call that leave the Greek Church. Is that what it is called in candlepin?

I watched Tom Olszta when I was a kid growing up in New Hampshire and, no lie, Nate bowls almost exactly like him

Candlepin has many jargon names, but Greek church i've never heard of. A small list of candlepin jargon would be "spread eagle", "half worcester", "goll roll", "glung glung glung", "hi-lo jack", and more.. :) (i could explain what they mean if you want)
