sitting on my couch wishing that I can one day visit Borobudur. I also have an odd feeling that if I ever do visit, I will think of my couch.

I was so lucky to visit Borobudur during my high schooll study tour and wrote a paper of it. I climb from first floor until the top, to the main stupa. Circle every floor and took alot of pictures of reliefs. Touching Buddha's hand inside the stupa. That is luxury since now the visitor are limited to doing so

Impressive the work of restoration so carefully done. I do still have the urge to take a pressure washer to it. 😅
