Que hotel tan hermoso.fuimos el 23 /5 /2024 ..quede enamorada con todo el servicio. Lo recomiendo iría otra vez .

and what about night entertaiment? is there night activities? shows, dancing?

My family and I stayed here in June of 2015 and we loved it! Infact we loved it so much we are going back this July and are so excited!!! Can't wait, I highly recommend, very nice hotel and resort at a great price!

yo estuve una semana con i familia en ese hotel por Dios no me quería venir es un paraíso super lindísimo, el único detalle es el internet lo venden en un sistema todo incluido esta muy mal por parte de ellos solo media hora te regalan asi estes toda la semana en tu celular, entiendo que es ir de vacaciones pero para eso se invento la tecnología para estar cerca de todo....PERO POR LO DEMAS UNA ATENCION DEL PRIMER MUNDO CONOCIMOS MUCHOS AMIGOS MEXICANOS Y QUEDAMOS ENCANTADOS DE SU PAIS...MUY LINDO

I went ro that hotel and it was very nice , it was perfect to my , yo hace a lot of activities in Pool , the Pool is not cold its Warm

How strict are the restaurants in terms of dress code?

This is 2021 now and the wifi is still not free at this resort. Best to get a sim card to access wifi anywhere in Cancun. You will have to line up starting at around 6am each morning to try to book a reservation at one of the a la carte restaurants... space is limited and reservations for the night go fast. What a shame.

Wifi was free for me when I went. The hotel can get crowded so it makes sense for you to make reservations, it’s like any restaurant when full you will call and make reservations. Also if you didn’t get the reserve in time you could just go to buffet which is delicious and free.

Very Nice hotel, it has a good vibe to it, nice staff very attentive only in my opinion was the buffet was not as flavorful, they have alot of variety but i would say a 6/10 food wise, the drinks are good though. You’ll definitely like it

Vayan a Cancún pero no a ese hotel hay hoteles mucho mejores que ese la comida es pésima la playa que tienen es más chiquita que su alberca y demasiado contaminación por el muelle que hay ahí por todos los barcos que entran y salen de ahí todo el día y lo peor hasta la ropa interior le roban a uno el personal de limpieza aparte cero fiesta no hay espectáculo alguno de verdad no sé hospeden ahí 🤮🤮🤮

Mis hijos está hoy ahí, y estarán toda la semana dicen que los estafaron para lo que es esta demasiado caro, porfa no caigan en el engaño

Bueno para decir la verdad la pase bien ,comida deliciosa ,hermoso paisaje etc ..... Pero muy en desacuerdo cuando vi a un personal tomando videos a una persona que vino conmigo porque yo le queria comprar mi paquete de fotos que nos tomaron en la Isla mujeres ,para ese momento no lleve dinero para eso por lo cual le pedi que viniera al hotel con nosotros para subie a la habitación a recojer su dinero por su trabajo . Esa persona no estaba molestando a nadie ni pidiendo dinero ni robando cliente etc ... creo que se fue al extremo a demas estaba haciendo su trabajo como cualquier persona con familia ese fue un momento muy desagradable para nosotros como clientes a parte que yo no le di mi autorización para ser grabada poco profesional de su parte porque se puede entender q en todos los lugares del mundo hay reglas pero ella no violo ninguna que vino caminando invitada por nosotros desde el muelle Albatros. Y aparte no seas inhumano e intentes q esa persona pierda su trabajo con ese video porque es hasta tu misma nacionalidad atrevido . Seria muy triste sentir que por culpa que te dio de comer una familia se quede sin trabajo .😡

Estare al pendiente de esa humilde persona porque de verdad no me gustaria enterarme que se quedo sin trabajo porque Cancún será bello y hermoso pero dentro de todo eso hay mucha necesidad y pobreza se ve de todo como en todo el mundo y esa persona solo hacia lo que le pedimos ..... Asi que si ves mi mensaje ya que personalmente me ignoraste solo me dijistes no se preocupen que ustedes no van a tener problemas ella es la que va a estar el problema . Solo espero que seas conciente y que pienses que segun tu tienes familia e hijos esa persona tambiem y que NOSOTROS le pedimos venir por las nuestras fotos no vino por cuente propia a molestar a nadie GRACIAS . BUEN DIA.......
