It was his choice to remain in the shadow realms, but I hold the light for him to be freed of his "demons" and turn away from the shadows that he faces. We were not lovers and never will be, but I valued the friendship that we had and I believed that he did too. So it was a shock when he said the things that he said and ended our friendship. He has a lot of mental health issues and this is why I continue to pray for his recovery. It's all that I can do for him.

I am not "waiting for him"; I am in a good marriage; he and I were just friends, but he is someone for whom I care very much about, hence why I still pray for his safety and deliverance from the torment that he is in. Even if I never hear from him again, I will never stop praying for him. But that doesn't mean that I am waiting for him or that I hope that someone else comes along. As I said, I am happily married.
