On point Julie ❤ my anxiety has been very high, seems like a lot of movement. Julie also take Vitamin C to help your skin heal. It is water soluble so you can’t overdose on it. I’ve taken 1000mg ever day since 1988. It’s a wonderful antioxidant which everyone should take. Glad you are feeling better but from what you said you are still healing.
