I hate when people call us cry babies and sensitive I’m rarely either of those. I tend to hold a lot inside so on the rare occasion I do explode it may seem some what dramatic. 80% of the time I’m the most chill person and sweet until provoked lol

As a cancer ( or maybe it's a phase thing) It gets tiring if everyone says we are the first to cry because they don't understand the meaning of what being sensitive means. Being sensitive means we can pick up almost instantly when something is off. Like for example. "I Matt." Matt dose wave butbdoes a low "hi" and he always say hi, smiles and waves back. But today I said hi. THAT'S WHAT SENSITIVE IS!! We are super sensitive to our environments moods. Something changes we NOTICE. And when you're down that is why it's the cancer that brings you the (what you assumed) forgotten happy birthday cupcake at your desk.... don't call us out, just appreciate the gift.

I agree. People think that sensitivity is a negative trait that equals weakness. But it's not Cancer's (and nobody's!) weakness - it's Cancer's weapon. Cancers are responsible, cautious and caring (they're not childish at all!). They're reserved so they don't really show their emotions (they're not crybabies at all!). Only stupid and narrow-minded people consider Cancers to be weak. It's one of the strongest zodiac signs (it's a cardinal water sign - the boss of the water signs!).

I used to cry when I was angry but people took it as being over sensitive but in reality I was ready to fight if things didn't calm down, luckily they did. I called them angry tears, later someone convinced me not to so called weaponize my tears and I held back for years but later I decided that I can when it makes sense to the situation in terms of benefits. I realized that person was only feeling guilty about their words and actions and wanted to free themselves of guilt. In public spaces it's best to pick and choose. I can't cry for myself anymore due to going through something traumatic where I was crying all day everyday, I woke up crying, walked crying and went to sleep crying and sometime later I lost the ability to cry for myself. I can cry for movies, commercials but for years I haven't been able to cry for myself. I'm very sad about that but no tears ever.

Well, I'm a Cancer (I have Cancer's stellium in my birth chart!) and I don't consider myself to be weak minded (I'm an academic researcher)... Cancers are extremely reserved - that's why they seem to be cold. And when a person is sensitive it doesn't mean that he's/she's weak and / or stupid. Nowadays most people think that only tough and harsh people are respectable - it's because of portrayals in Hollywood movies (also in video games) and values promoted by corporate world.
