The only thing that is negative about me as cancer sign is that I cut people off and needed a very generous amount of space and time to meditate. I tend to be jealous and clingy that's why I have step back a bit to cool down my negative thoughts and meditate on my actions.

Jealous? I guess the word is "slightly disappointed" at times "secretly possessive" and secretly check on someone. Some insecurities. I am not sure jealous other than seeing another achieving more than myself then i do get hurt and jealous of their achievement. Learning to praise others and appreciate the strengths of others and appreciate the weakness in ourselves helps to celebrate that life is indeed different. We come to appreciate what talents others has that we might not have. Or what popularity other has that we may not have But come to appreciate gifts that you have to enable ourselves to help others. ❤

The biggest thing that worked for me (I'm a cancer) is that when I realize I am trying to be clingy or manipulative, I take some time off to reflect, take measures to regulate these negative traits. Since we are so eager to please, want peace and no conflict at all times. Also, a cancer's moods are stabilized by her partners especially if they belong to earth or water zodiac signs. Taurus, Pisces , etc get Cancer's positives and are understanding of her negative personalities which makes her calm down faster.

My girl is a cancer , and me a pisces , yes she could be manipulative but not in a toxic way I mean I see her struggle to put me on the right pathway , I understand every movement of her , cause I see me in her , so she cannot be mean with me , she is a lovely person , because I understand what she feels , what she wants , we are like yin and yang.

A cancer is very emotional and we are always not the first to look for trouble or misuse others but we hate being taken advantage of by people we love genuinely. We do not forgive such hurt and will hold grudges for ever. Don’t push us. We have a motherly instinct to protect,care and love but we hate it being taken advantage of. Good part about our anger is that a heartfelt apology is enough to erase the hurt. We hate people that carelessly throws hurtful words or actions to us and want it to just slide. We don’t let it slide because the slightest hurtful words get to us. We are very emotional. Don’t annoy us too much.We do not forget.

They can't take constructive criticism without crying throwing everything in your face that they have done to help. They are only on your team as long as you don't have a complaint against them. As soon as you have a complaint with them they will 100% attack you.

I've gotten along with cancers my entire life. But literally yesterday I had to end a friendship with one. Maybe it's got nothing to do with his sign. I can't have intelligent conversations with him. He lives in a 'box' on terms of the way he thinks and views many things in life. He can be kind but also has a need to be right. Calls anyone who researches outside of 'the box' ...a conspiracy theorist or other derogatory names. He's addicted to mainstream media like it's God or something . He makes critical jabs out of the blue. Like he's looking for some aspect of me to put down meanwhile his own lifestyle is extremely unhealthy. It's sad that he needs to do that. No, I think that Pisces has a claim on that title. In comparison to all the signs if I'm not mistaken I think I remember reading about the Zodiac charts somewhere and it stated that Pisces were one of the signs to have the inclination to be serial killers but not Cancers because they are just not known to have that kind of thing in their nature.

I’ve found myself in all of this mess as a Cancer. I was falling for a Taurus sign woman and saw her flirting with someone I despise. How do I know these things about Cancer? Well, I am one and I am in a sea of them. Trust me, we are some monsters. Trust me, I worked hard to become a better me today, at this moment and second. @@juditheze9161 Hi. I didn't say we are bad. We have a horrible way of expressing ourselves. I'm a Crab, my husband and daughter are as well. We have all gone on a self healing journey alone. We have also healed as a family. Cancers, can be the most unforgiving sign and the least to get forgiveness, because of our harsh and brutal attitudes. The truth is very hurtful, but so is living with the fact we will never change, until we accept our truths. I love hard. In the past I hate just as harder as I loved. We are sensitive because can't get our way, or make others see or do things are way (very manipulative) I learned to love myself, my family, my home first. I stop worrying about what people say, think or care about me (kissing up). I put me first now. I speak for myself and my family, we let go of the past and old worthless patterns. I am a July Cancer and learning to embrace my flaws instead of burying them deep inside. You just do not like that we use Cancer's empathic abilities. It scares people to know that we are reading them. But they dont even know it.

My late husband was a cancer and OH MY GOD was he clingy. I couldn't be a work 5 minutes and he was calling me

everything said was facts dated a cancer and all the they mean well an insecure cancer is soul draining .

The pessimistic trait is something that gets me in constant arguments with my close family. They have me as the total negative, even daring to suggest a way to deal if a plan fails gets received by contempt. Of course, that made me withdrawn myself and not even suggest anything. They REALLY hate when I get it right and go "I told you so" mode. Oh, and yeah, I remind them of these things in the future. Oh yeah, I do.

I’m a cancer and my mom is a Libra! We have had a mostly horrible relationship ! We went over five years without speaking to each other. Things are better between us now, but growing up was brutal having a libra mother! I feel ya!

My ex best friend was libra and was full of mind games and manipulative and everytime we meet my toxic sides will be ON it will take me time to process things and then will realize later on I was manipulated and I will take revenge to prove my point or myself. It was exhausting , went crazy and we didn’t talk for a year bcoz I wanted space then came back and realized the whole problem was him . the relationship was so toxic had to end it

I smiled widely when he particularly gave account above how manipulative a Cancer sign can be , using that ability to our advantage 😅 SO TRUE !!!

Some of the cancer I been around are patient the other some cancers I been around were not patient with me some of cancer I ran into are close to family and can be generous and some of them can be patient

So true 1 time a person had said something to me 2 days before and had found something out that he shouldn't have about me and brought it up in front of everyone at work. So the next day he started slacking off before I knew it i had him by his collar rag dolling him and almost lost my job

Not controlling in the least. I’ve never manipulated anyone. Emotional as in we act on our emotions, we don’t cry for no reason. I never take things personal or blow things out of the water. Pessimistic, yep very but not around people I care about. All my friends trust me and love me a lot. Granted we are suspicious because we hide in our shells and only make a decision when it’s 100% safe. I see reason and am not very clingy. I trust people to much so I don’t understand that. I’ve had people talk bad behind and was bullied heavily in school. Cancers are easily misunderstood. I’m not attacking this video or anything I’m just don’t want all cancers to be seen badly. Just because I’m not like this doesn’t mean everything in here is incorrect. I wish you’d do the cancer sun and moon because they handle things differently. In short we are complicated

Cancers do more, say less, definitely the most courageous, they are people who hold to their values to death, and they get alot of jealousy from others for that,they get mocked, laughed at, but manage to succeed with the most spectacular and never seen style, and stay humble about it "sometimes its the very people who no one imagine anything of who do the things that no one can imagine" -alan turing- Cancers are insecure and lack confidence, but once they get rid of their fears, miracles start to happen. A cancer who manage to control his emotions is near perfect, but to do so, he or she have to experience great sorrow on the earth. I'm a cancer but I'm emotionally absent I only show joy lol

every cancer i ever met were a problem. except 2. my favorite female cousin, and an advocate that i wish i cud find her again. the other cancers were absolutely terrible. at least 5 cancers that were so manipulative and over all terrible people, terrible users of people. those friendship did not last long with me. im a Leo and Leos value friendship!!

Being a cancer is... Intense... At least in my opinion. We love in a big way, we put up with a lot. But once we hit our limit it can be nuclear and uncompromising...

Hmmmm… I am a Cancer Sun / Scorpio moon… so I have never been “clingy” .. I actually NEED to be alone to recoup from people. I am pretty psychic so Im not “pessimistic” as I KNOW.. (good & bad) So can’t really relate to this video at all?! The only part that might come close… I Do and have Cut off people who didn’t deserve my care and love. 😎 And NO.. Virgo here. I work with someone who is a Cancer (who I've liked a little for years) and she doesn't seem to have these traits at work. These don't sound that bad considering I spend most of my time around the 2 most manipulative and controlling signs-Gemini and Aries. They've sucked the life out of me.

Some cancer people can be very pushy sometimes.

I came here because I have a cancer friend , and all she does is wallow in negative. She’s always saying how she has the worst luck and only bad things happen to her. And just always expecting the worst to happen and I tell her to try not saying that out loud . And to think of th e law of attraction. To say “ I am lucky - good things are happening for me , I love my life “ …. But she just continues to be even more negative and refuses to try and look on the bright side. She also thinks she knows everything. And literally she doesn’t. I can’t hang out with her for long because she knows everything about every thing and has all the answers. So therefore I wanna run for the hills. I know that I know nothing- I love to learn from people and hear others views and keep an open mind. Not her tho. Ugh most frustrating thing ever. I try to have patience but she never has one good thing to say. Just how everything bad happens to her and it never gets better. She has so many things to be grateful for. Trust me her life is blessed beyond measure. I find myself jelous . I wish I had half of the things she has been blessed with. Anyway. Rant over. Sorry for repeating myself and I hope you can comprehend my writing lol. Abundance mindset . Growth mindset. Thank for listening

Really glad I watched this video, because it made me way more self-aware. I never related to the stereotypical cancer type: cling-on, introvert, crybaby, homebody. I’m the polar opposite of all those descriptors. But I surprisingly did see a lot of myself in this more in-depth analysis. Even as an independent, extroverted, emotionally restrained (bordering on emotionally repressed tbh), busybody, I have much more in common with the cancer personality than I thought. Definitely have some work to do with these negative traits. 👍🏻
