The mother is just going to die slowly anyway. Also you left out the other parent…..the FATHER! Very morbid considering there is not always a cure and now doctors tell patients they can simply “do nothing” on top of your drug shortages…

Hi, I’m the author of this student film 😊 There is no father in this short movie since it’s a monoparental situation. Sadly, this is the case in many homes. This short movie is inspired of personal experience and testimonies. It aims to inspire hope. Many mothers heal from cancer, and even if not, this movie shows how the mother and the girl can go through it together in harmony and accept this situation. Hope this helps 🌷thank you

@@elisatiozzo4716 Your decision to leave men out of the equation is highly offensive. It takes both a man and a woman to conceive a child. The mother has a father too! His contributions and medical history are important and obviously needed so women aren’t suffering alone as a group. Leaving men and boys out of story lines is making them feel unnecessary. This is why young men are eschewing higher education today due to misandry and engaging in other pursuits that affirm them and reward their characteristics. Further as someone suffering with a chronic rare blood disease that is emanating from my long bones while entering the lymphoma stage making me terminal; I am caring for myself with no treatment or cure available through my oncologist hematologist, other doctors or modern medicine. In short I’m dying and relying upon myself because doctors have failed me just like a lot of other people and toughing it out like a man. So, it would be nice to have a realistic take on this subject matter geared towards men. PS I value women a great deal and empathize with them but alienating men is childish. Indeed I just lost a wonderful female relative to cancer after she went through elaborate doctors’ treatments over a long period. All it did was prolong her agony. She listened to her most recent oncologist and in a short time she died anyway. I also have another female relative currently receiving strong chemo and she will likely die soon too as treatments are eroding her immune system, etc. Hope that helps.
