main reason was because it is prohibited to use distracting devices while on the apron. (passengers & employees)

I figured it was that reason. They’re very inconsistent with enforcing that rule/not enforcing it that it’s difficult to see if it’ll be a problem. :)

@@GenkisTravels i am an airside guard. if you can mount your device on your body it will be ok, we understand the interest. if people are holding devices and appear not to be paying attention to their complete surroundings then we will make contact. happy travels!

I work at 5T. That’s the luggage box. Passengers luggage goes either in the forward hold or the tail. This box carries only cargo.

It quite rare that an ATR is used for that route, and knowing how grumpy the ATR FA's can be, I am sure it made for a less then enjoyable ride. The 737's a better ride, and have better FA's

I was hoping the flight would eventually get swapped for the 737 but it never happened :(

Considering the flight, that was a nice little breakfast, at least, it would take any hunger pains away and as far as the photography request, what is the point of flying if you can't take pictures of the scenery? If the flight attendants don't want their picture taken then a simple request would be in order, but not to say, "no pictures." Have a great day!

This comment is pretty rude. It has nothing to do with laziness but has to do with efficiency. Not every airline has 10 people on the plane, and they till serve food on the plane!. Also it garuntees english and french without needing an FA who can always speak both, allowing more opportunities for inuit to have jobs in the field.
