Hello! This is a nice video. Pls, what do you do if the sponsor’s international passport has expired? Also, can you mention that you’re the only child buh your family lives in Nigeria. If I mention that my father is ill, do I have to show his medical diagnosis. The most important question is this; if my sponsor’s bank statement is submitted and it proves that they are capable of my expenses and I want to also submit my personal bank statements because some money was sent to me, do you think it makes sense to say that my sponsor which is my mum by the way sold a landed property and asked that 50 percent payment made by the buyer should be sent directly to my account or you feel it should be done as a gift of deed.

Thank you☺️. Sponsor's letter of introduction is your Sponsor's appointment letter (letter that they received from their boss when they got their job) and consent letter is a letter written by your sponsor stating who they are to you and also that they'll be sponsoring you in school (tuition and everything you'll be needing) The sponsor doesn't provide any letter for gift deed, what you need is an affidavit of disclosure which would state who gave you the gift, the person's passport photograph and what the gift was.

Thank you😊 1. I converted the documents to a pdf and sent them to my agent. I don't really know hiw they grouped it. 2. My SOP was 2 pages, no I didn't. Initially I did, I grouped them into annexures according to how I presented them in my SOP but my agent asked to remove the annexures. But I totally think you can, just number them appropriately.

Yeah you can study nursing here, health education is related to health and you can easily defend the change in career path in your SOP so yeah you can study nursing and I'm super sure about that. People switch from Geology to nursing, the most important thing is how you present it in your SOP and the reason for the change. 2. What you basically need is your O'level for the admission but you'll still submit your uni transcript but you'd be offered admission based on your O'level unless you want to do the accelerated nursing. 3. I don't really know if NABTEB is internationally accepted. I guess you'd have to email the school you'd like to study at and find out if the accept NABTEB. 4. Alright, I'll film the SOP video.

@@agasobanuyerockykirabiranya those forms are part of the documents required of you to fill and submit for study visa application unless the requirements have changed. You need to download the forms form the IRCC website and full them accordingly. Just check the list of documents on the website too cos IRCC switch things up sometimes.

Hi Fisayo, thank you😊. First of all, paying tuition is not a guarantee for visa approval. If I were in your shoes, I'd just pay the minimum payment which $2500 and be sure to read your school's refund policy. The most most important thing is, just structure your application well, write your SOP well and pray.

The money that was gifted you, did you leave it in the account for 6 months or someone can pay it inside at any time?

It's a gift so I didn't need to leave it in my account for 6 months. Its only your Sponsor's bank statement that needs to be >4 or equal to 4 months.

In the case of MBS, do I need to tell the bank the period of time I want them to allow IRCC to have access to, like a period of 4 months?

I have a normal hospital birth certificate but the Canadian VO request for NPC birth certificate, and NPC only gives attestation of birth to people that born after 1992, and I was born in 1992 which means dat I will be given attestation of birth by NPC, but de document checklist for Canada study permit shows dat attestation is not acceptable. Hi Ogonna, I'm glad you enjoyed the video😊. I actually used the age attestation birth certificate cos my original birth certificate got burnt in Uni. When I got my age attestation from NPC, I remember taking it to ministry of foreign affairs and they did some documentation and also printed a seal on it, I did this in 2020. I don't know if IRCC recently stopped it but it's just being up a year I did my application.

If your dad is gifting you money, no you don't have to show his statement of account. You only need to show yours (the reflection of the money in your account)

You're expected to have 10k CAD living expense (1 yearr) plus your first year tuition. I don't know if this requirement has changed. Just check the IRCC website cosbtgey keep updating stuff.

Hi Eunice, these documents contains some personal information so It's not something I'm comfortable sharing. You can get it from the court or public notary (a lawyer). Tell them you want those documents and they'll get it done for you.

In my opinion, I don't think you need more documents unless you're also proving your funds with landed properties and assets then you can attach those documents. Also don't forget to mention in your SOP that they're your guardian and has been supportive from the get go. All the best!

Hi Toyosi, I guess he can but you also need to give them a reason why yor brother in-law would be sponsoring and not your husband. Yes you'd need a letter of consent from your husband.

You need to do the whole gift deed document thingy, you don't need to print another bank statement showing the reflection of the money since you're using your account as POF and all the moneybis your account. Do well to mention it in your SOP that you were gifted 2M by your brother so it doesn't look like a lumpsum landed in your account from no where.

If I understood your question correctly, you're asking how you could pay your visa fee and submit your application. You can pay with a dollar card, I don't know if they accept Naira card, just double check on that. For submission, I'd assume you're you already have a GCkey account, so after uploading your documents then you can submit or your watch videos on YT on how to submit visa application.

Does he have thesame surname as you? Has he been supporting you before now? I think you can (just explain that in your SOP and also the reason why your parents won't be sponsoring you so as not to raise any suspicion by the VO). you just have to prove to them that he's been taking care of your tuition before now. If I were in your shoes, I'd prefer he gifts me the money instead (gift deed) or he moves the money to either of your parents account and they move it to your account (gift deed too). And yeah, you're running out of time, May is almost here, just try and submit your application ASAP. all the best!

Hi, IRCC expects you to have your full one year tuition and 10k CAD which is your one year living expenses, refer to IRCC website for confirmation because they keep updating their policy. You can have more in your account if you choose to but I'd advice you to have more if you can. My sponsor is a family member.

Your bank would give you "my bank statement certificate" it comes with a number on it and that's what you'd upload so I guess IRCC would access your bank statement with the code. Just tell your bank it's for your Visa application.

@@mizsandra hi Sandra, thought you meant how long it takes for another biometrics update, that's why I said 10yrs. Biometrics lasts for 10yrs. If you meant visa processing, I don't really think there's a timeline for it, it's a case by case scenario. Some people's visa take 6 months or more while some take just a few weeks. Mine took 2 months, I know someone that hers took 5wks. It's just advisable to submit your application months before the start of your program so you can get a decision, get ready and travel. I hope I was able to answer your question this time. Let me know if you need more clarification🤎🤎

No it's not, just show the bank statement of your own sponsor. However, if you're over 30 and you've been working, it's advisable to show your own personal bank statement (salary account).

You need to create a GCkey account first then go from there. The guidelines should be on cic.gc or the IRCC website.
