Thank you for visiting Newfoundland. Thank you for learning (and sharing) so much about our fairly recent history. And thank you, thank you, thank you, for taking the time to learn how to pronounce the name of the place correctly. So many Canadians don't even take the time to do that, so it is truly is appreciated.

Aidin, there is a lot more to Newfoundland tourism than just watching the icebergs and sea levels rising is a thing that coastal communities around the world are facing. I visited the west coast of Newfoundland a few years ago, was impressed with the natural beauty of the place, as well as the open, friendly culture of the Newfoundlanders, themselves.

Yes there is a bit of clever editing here. The portion of “houses” he showed during his sea level speech is Quidi Vidi village and those are fishing shacks. There’s giant homes on the other side. So there’s that. But even if the levels rose and swallowed the giant homes on the other side of Quidi Vidi places like Mount Pearl would never get swallowed unless the world did. Most other places are fine unless the actually are right near water. Halifax Dt has a bette chance of going under than St. John’s imo

Twillingate is one of the most popular tourist spots in Newfoundland, most specifically because of the icebergs in May and June. I always make an effort to get out to see them every spring, and I always make sure to bring home some fudge from atop the hill next to the lighthouse on crow head. Hope you enjoyed your time here Aiden!

I love the type of content you are making now, I think people would love to see the cinematics and the style of capturing, colours and feel of your video with this documentary type content is great man, loved it. And most importantly I hope that we could save our planet from this issue somehow as it has already started to destroy us and it is affecting poor countries more as they are not developed enough to tackle natural disasters ,take an example of my country Pakistan as it was struck again by massive floods a couple of months ago and millions of people lost their homes and were displaced. I hope the people from developed countries who are in control would take steps to help avoid these disasters.

Aidin your last couple of videos have been outstanding. Great stories and fantastic sound and visuals. The Newfoundlanders are lucky to have access to icebergs like this. Hopefully we can slow climate change enough to keep the icebergs coming. The last time I saw icebergs we had to spend a week crossing the Southern Ocean to Antarctica to see them. You never ever get sick of seeing icebergs. Anything from car sized to behemoths 10s of kilometres long. We made drinks using ice from a 10000 year old berg that calved next to us. It was an unforgettable experience. Great stuff Aidin!

Superb story-telling, Aidin!! I loved how you made this video to the next level. Usually, drone shots are mostly used just to show cinematic shots, and aerial views but these shots were the spice and sauce of the story. Anot not to mention, the topic you've been telling about is certainly a time-worthy for everyone. It's like a reminder, that we can no longer get those shot cinematic landscapes if there aren't any left. KUDOS!!

My Mother was from Bonne Bay, NFLD halfway up the west coast. The bay and towns surrounding the bay sit in the heart of Gros Morne National Park. This park includes the Tableland mountains where part of the Earth's mantle is exposed. Needless to say but these mountains are old and have a tremendous history. In my humble opinion Newfoundland is one of the most breathtakingly beautiful places on Earth, not to mention Newfies totally rock!! Yes bye!!! ☺️
