You've carved out a nice niche for yourself-cinematic educational films, with an eye towards appreciating our planet. You've got a knack for presentation as well. Can't wait to see what comes next...

I just came across your account and have come to the conclusion that you make the best vids on yt. These are cinematic masterpieces. As a geologist, they are the perfect mix of story telling, beautiful imagery, and scientific explanations to watch at the end of the day
Honestly better than a discovery show. You're videos are insane man!
Well done, Aidin I was captivated the entire time. I’m so impressed at the storytelling and production quality…I can’t believe you do it all by yourself. Looking forward to see where life takes you next.
I have been to Iceland once before and I can say that it had one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world!
I just recently found your channel, and I can tell you are making more than a great job with these videos. New fan from Mexico.
These kinds of chans are why I like KZread. No lowest common denominator guff or bad british VO. Beautifully written, shot and edited on interesting subjects that in the end always leaves open questions to hook you into either going to do your own research and exploration or stick around for more and likely both. Extremely well done.
I have never been more thankful for the KZread algorithm sending me to a channel; this is nothing short of beautiful.
One of the few Iceland video's worth watching and really making me want to visit again. Great story as always!
Another amazing video on such a peculiar, yet humble and intriguing island! I never knew the mountains could look like that. Thank you for an astounding geological lesson and overview of Iceland's natural wonders!
Man o man! You transitioned directly to a Vox / Johnny Harris style composition.
I really enjoyed the whole video a lot. Great visuals and especially storytelling. Not too fast and hectic, but calm, peaceful with simple editing techniques. You really can make wallpapers from the video. Visuals and Iceland are so beautiful.
Pure Part of KZread is Aidin. I literally wait for your videos. Not much with numbers but the Feels are just right.
I just found your videos and I’m binging them all! You really have a gift for relaying information to us with a passion and interest that is contagious. I’m really really enjoying all of them and wish they were longer!
Fascinating! Loving all your recent work.
Wow! That was captured beautifully. Love how you put history and science into your videos, I definitely learned a lot from this video. Keep up the great work!

Awesome video man!! You’re a beast of storytelling! I want to visit Iceland next year? Any recommendations on who to use for as a guide to check the same places you showed in the videos?
Wow! Incredible production value. Glad I stumbled upon your channel.
Amazing video, Aidin, truly appreciate the time you put into this! Love your art, it is SO inspiring
Absolutely fantastic storytelling and film making. Love the connection to humans shaping the landscape
Just wanted to say, spectacular presentation, it's so good even kids like it. My 4 year old asks me to "watch the volcanoes guy" when she wants to watch educational videos
Loving the new style man, keep going! These are amzing!
I have so much respect for you and the work/effort you put into your videos. Thank you so much for making these absolutely stunning educational videos
Beautiful ! Thanks for your hard work.
The way you present these topics is just marvellous. Perfect sound design with gorgeous animations and cinematography just makes each and every one of your videos as masterpiece.
This cinematic documentary style you are creating is beautiful, The shots from my home country Iceland are stunning🔥🔥
Watching this from Iceland feels really good! Nicely filmed and put togehter! Love it!
So good! You deserve more views my man 💪
Another major human impact in iceland is the lupine. One of my favourite parts of iceland is how massive fields of lupine seem to hide the ring road. The lupine is an invasive species from alaska. Originaly brought to iceland for its nitrogen fixing properties and (according to some locals near vic i myrdal) as a way to stop the sandstorms. The lupine did a little too well in iceland quickly covering formaly forrested areas and now threatens local biodiversity. Particularly by outcompeting local nitrogen fixing grasses that serve as essential food sources for the islands birds.

It is a controversial plant for sure, but I would rather have that plant than the desertification it's absence would invite, and actually recent research shows that it doesn't actually outcompete things like birch trees or spruce because it is not tolerant of shade and will eventually loose the battle for light to things like the native birch trees. But yeah, we should definitely still control it's spread where possible to avoid the negative factors, like it out competing 'melgresi' but I think that melgresi is an even hardier plant and will actually grow in places where even the lupine won't.
Absolutely incredibly well explained, thanks so much
dope, love these vids!!
amazing video man, like always! love the storytelling, drone shots, colour grading and i just wondering, where did you get all the old archive footage?

This is beautiful, man. It's awesome how you juxtapose so many themes throughout the film: fire/ice; destruction/rebirth; man/nature; etc. Question for you: My wife and I are taking our girls on a 6-month around-the-world adventure starting in about 6 weeks, and I'd love to create a few similar films during our travels. Did you set out with this specific story in mind, or did you learn about it while you were in Iceland and have that inform your storytelling? I'd love to know more about how you research and plan these films! 👊🏻
Bro, your videos are awesome.

there’s people actually trying to recover icelands great forests!! I’ve watched there videos on KZread, they aren’t from Iceland but are very good at doing conservation work.

I’ve been to Iceland twice and was lucky enough to see the most recent eruption form a helicopter and I drove the ring road of the country over 10 days and it’s like a different world
Driving from Show Low to Springerville on US-60 you'll see dozens of these cinder cones. On the outskirts of Springerville you'll see an escarpment that is the edge of a massive lava flow.
I'm not a professional cinematographer or great at color grading by any means, but sometimes your videos are waay too saturated and are too contrasty (in my opinion, maybe I'm wrong). Maybe bringing up some of the complete blacks to grays and desaturating just a little some heavy shots could look better. I hope you can understand what I'm talking about since English is not my first language. Again that is a personal opinion and by no means am I telling you that your videos are looking bad, the are f"ing amazing, just trying to give some constructive feedback. Love your content, it feels genuine, and is beautifully crafted.
You are reading my mind. Im planning my trip to iceland in 2023. Its such a unique place. Have you seen the pink auroras while there? I heard they were glowing this year.
