They might be too warm. Your hands might get sweaty after a while. Try them out. You can always return them if they were too warm.
How waterproof are they? Could you pick up say wet snow without getting your hands wet?

In my testing I had no issues with my hands getting wet. And they are the most comfortable and warm gloves I own.
