Not only did the filter clean up the spikes, but it also helped the inverter stay in the correct frequency range. Without the filter the freq dropped below 40Hz several times. With it, I only saw it drop to 48Hz twice, and mostly stayed 55+hz. So this filter not only would help the inverter out, but it also helps the inductive loads out as well, keeping them from overheating

Very good video, that line filter works great, I weld with a Dewalt power station, I built a metal chicken run totally off grid

@@GoingOffGrid101 I used an Aims 7000w mod sine with a stepup trans to 240v from 120v. Didnt do much welding. Was more of a test. The welder is a Lincon 180 migpak. Basic but worked. 1500w machine single phase 230vac

@@GoingOffGrid101 Im not sure.It is heavy so I think it has a single transformer in it . Never opened it. It has been good for 5 years now. I would recommend it. Canadian tire purchase

my solar inverter shuts down my grid differential breaker when it goes from grid to battery mode so i bought one of these but it didn't help.

pure sine but not a hybrid, no injection to the grid.

what the mini osciliscope because I bought one from dreamworks and it doesnt seem as good as that and mine was 300 and supposed to be the bees knees

@@GoingOffGrid101 Maybe I just dont have a clue what I am doing then, because mine is 150mhz and has all these great specs but when I try to see a sine wave on an inverter it has a hard time staying in range but yours seem to pick it up with ease
