    In the interests of mathematical rigour, an area can only be equal to a perimeter if one ignores the units. Usually, you are very precise in showing the units in which the answers are expressed. This time, you didn't mention units at all. Maybe you should clarify.

    Root 27 divided by 27 is Root 3 divided by 9! Good practice for manipulating exponents with exponent rules.

    As suggested by @robertlynch7520, here we have a problem with a (20, 21, 29) Pythagorean triangle. Since Area = Perimeter, let's write our equation: ½ 20 x^(⅔) 21 x^(⅔) = 20 x^(⅔) + 21 x^(⅔) + 29 x^(⅔). Solutions are x = 0 (rejected) or x = 1/3√3 (accepted) which, rationalized, gives our answer: x = √(3)/9. Thank you PreMath! 🙏

    Area=1/2 21×20×x^(4/3)=perimeter=70x^(2/3), x^(2/3)=70/210=1/3, x=(1/3)^(3/2)=3^(-3/2).😊

    A bit of simplification first: √441 = 21 √841 = 29 u = x²ᐟ³ a² + b² = c² a² + (21u)² = (29u)² a² = 841u² - 441u² a² = 400u² a = √(400u²) = 20u A = bh/2 = 21u(20u)/2 A = 21(10)u² A = 210u² P = 20u + 21u + 29u P = 70u A = P 210u² = 70u 210u² - 70u = 0 3u² - u = 0 u(3u-1) = 0 u = 0 | 3u - 1 = 0 x²ᐟ³ = 0 | 3x²ᐟ³ = 1
