Yup they sure can race. Some of my white pigeon beaten some of the color pigeons. Right now I have 4 different blood lines of white pigeons

I have one white pigeon that I've been racing with the rest of the pigeons. Her grandmother was white and grandfather black Egyptian homer, we raced the grandmother and won 2nd place couple times, mother white father blue bar and mother also came in 2nd and 3rd place. Now her turn, she's doing really well.

I have a single racing pigeon - it's a rescued one, with a broken wing (still able to fly though). And he's fully white. What's interesting is that he has a ring dating 2013 year, so he's likely 10+ years old. I live in Russia, and pigeon keepers here sometimes use old rings just because they have leftovers and don't have enough of current year, so I'm not 100% sure he's that old, but he looks a lot like the one you show around middle of the video - with huge cere on massive beak, all those bumpy things around his eyes, huge legs, strong and muscular and total weight almost 0.5 kg - nearly double of my other pigeons. What I'm saying is he likely spent many many years flying a lot, not sure if actually racing or not. But he survived all this time, and not a single bird of prey was able to beat that guy over 10 years :)

I race a few white (Logans) myself.. they do come back👍🏾

I race a couple of white birds every year, I have 8 on my Young Bird team right now. Mine have never won, but I have had a bunch on the sheet.

you can race whites it depends on the bloodline of the bird and history in europe and taiwan and here in Philippines some fancier use whites the problem of the whites is prone to predators very favorite of falcons and hawks

Its not that they cant race but its that they stand out and sre easily targeted. I personally wouldnt put myself at a disadvantage flying a white bird in a mostly blue flock
