    @@mindik773I don’t know if this is true, but I am trying it for myself lately, and this past week my teeth have gotten whiter and my gums have become noticeably less red and inflamed. I don’t really have receding gums though, just more like inflamed bottom gums and pain in my bottom teeth and jaw, due to a wire that an orthodontist put in my bottom teeth (which wasn’t taken out for nearly a decade). I was young, and not a dental professional so I didn’t notice it was a problem until it began to hurt. Someone else should’ve thought that maybe we should take it out eventually… Anyway, I’ll get to my point. Some claims have suggested that oil pulling with coconut oil can soften and help clean out bio films, which are the bacteria that can cause tooth decay and gum inflammation. Therefore, coconut oil pulling might reduce inflammation and plaque, plus it whitens your teeth. Also, look up Dr. Eric Berg’s dental healthcare. He mentions utilizing a combination of hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, water and ascorbic acid. Ascorbic acid is vitamin C, which helps the immune system protect from harmful bacteria, and can help break down biofilms. Hydrogen peroxide is something that our mouth naturally creates as a defense, but using it in a rinse we increase the amount of hydrogen peroxide we have in our mouths to fight bacteria. Same with baking soda, which is Sodium Bicarbonate, and is a natural defense for our mouth. I’ve recently been avoiding having much acidic foods. I have been following a plant based diet for 7 years though. If you’re not on a plant based diet I would at least suggest you avoid things like alcohol and smoking for sure, along with candy, baked sweets, sugary sodas and juices, high fructose corn syrup, and so on. Those things create a weak immune system and an environment for the bad bacteria to thrive in your mouth. They are also acidic by nature, which can break down tooth enamel. Stay hydrated because proper hydration and an alkaline mouth helps good bacteria to thrive, therefore it promotes good oral health. I would suggest foods high in vitamin C, like peppers for example. If you feel that you aren’t getting enough vitamins and minerals, take a supplement. We need an adequate amount of vitamin K2, vitamin D and calcium for good dental health (along with other vitamins and minerals, but I won’t bore you going into excruciating detail). A multivitamin can help bone and dental health, plus anti inflammation , along with doing oil pulling with coconut oil. Look up how to do oil pulling if you don’t know. Also, the combination of ingredients I previously mentioned, which you can brush your teeth with twice daily, as said by Dr. Eric Berg. Look up Eric Berg. Ive learned this information through my own research of health and nutrition over the last decade, along with research on dental health just for my personal use. Ive read the book “cure tooth decay” by Ramiel Nagel, which I would recommend because it has good research that it references and explains what nutritional needs our mouths have. I also worked as a trainer and nutritional coach for some time, as well as currently studying psychology and biology, and seeking a certificate as a master trainer/nutrition coach I hope this information can help

    @@mindik773 our teeth become weak usually because of bad gum health. Coconut oil pulling is the best treatment yet docs doesn't wana let you know unfortunately and the best brush to use is siwak it's life changing for oral health . Do siwak before bed through out the day after consuming whatever you ate or drink keep your siwak in pocket can do it whenever. I use my sensodyne tooth past once a week yep just once a week the rest days I use siwak and chew one clove the best thing give it a try it's worth because I'm someone who can't afford oral health care. And the ugly fact is the thought that toothpaste actually kills bacteria and bad breath It's untrue. Tooth pastes are never permanent options. Mix all them together and brush your teeth using fingers, dont use brush use it once or twice in a week if you wish. apply it on your teeth epecially on the gums and on the areas where it is receding. Different parts of the body regenerate at different rates. Take your heart for example, it regenerates extremely slowly. Your skin on the other hand regenerates very quickly. Your gums essentially do not regenerate once they are gone. There are procedures that can be done to try and fix it as best as possible, but that definitely does not mean they can regenerate. But if you have proof they can, you should absolutely submit it to a periodontics journal because you're the first one.

    @worlore16515 күн бұрын

    It's either due to too much brushing if you have thin gums and brush too much or too hard. Or it's from too little brushing and plaque hardens into tartar under your gums. Assuming the later you need to likely change diet (can still eat stuff but don't sip drinks, especially anything that's not water, and eat in a window and brush after). It starts when you eat. There are bacteria in your mouth called strep mutans. They are what mainly cause cavities. They are basically dormant and harmless in your saliva UNTIL sugars or starches enter. Then they eat it and produce plaque which they then stick to. After 12 hours it hardens into a thin layer and can only be safely removed by dentist. (Takes alot of not brushing to cause serious damage) the plaque also produces acid which makes your saliva, which usually has the minerals needed to repair your teeth, more acidic, making it work against your teeth. Were you ever told not to brush after eating? That's because the acid weakens your enamel and brushing then would do more harm than good. Now here is where I can tell you how to fix it. Besides eating less sugar and acidic foods and eating in windows. You should eat xylitol after meals. This helps the PH and feeds the good bacteria in your mouth. Then later you should begin your brushing routine but don't brush yet. Start with closys ultrasensitive mouthwash. Just bathe your mouth for 1 minute. Get into the problem areas on teeth and gums. It will go into your pockets and between your teeth and kill bad bacteria and also fix the ph in your mouth so you can brush safely. Then brush with fluoride toothpaste. Watch a video on how to brush properly with either electric or manual. Both are different. If you don't brush properly you won't be getting under gums which causes disease, and retracting gums. Don't brush too hard or it will further damage your gums. Here is the most controversial part of what I'm about to say. If you have bad gums already, disease of retraction, don't floss, HOWEVER your HAVE TO replace flossing. Flossing, especially with bad gums can cause more issues and spread disease and infection as well as receed gums further. You should only floss when needed and instead, after brushing, use listerine original or cool mint for as long as you can tolerate then finally finish with act fluoride cavity repair mouthwash for 1 minute. This is all important. For example if you skip on last step the listerine, although good in alot of ways, will leave your saliva acidic. The order is important. Do your own research and don't be dumb. Learn what the issue is, what causes it and how you can do things to change that. Read into the bacteria and studies on mouthwashes and whatnot. Especially if you have serious issues already. YOU CAN get better. I promise.

    Hopefully they regrow a little bit. I've also heard that it can help the bone regenerate. I'm debating right now if I should get LANAP or if I should get the pinhole technique to fix my gum line. I actually found a company that has made a regenerative implant for gums that works for dogs, but they haven't done the human trails yet... dogs have better health care for receding gums than humans do right now:/ The company is biochange and the product is called regum if you're interested. Good luck with your teeth too. I don't know if you have heard yet, but the human trials for regenerating teeth are supposed to start this year, but they are unfortunately going to run for 6 years, so it will be quite sometime before it will become available for the public. I wish they'd hurry up on this stuff already. We waste so much on useless stuff that doesn't matter and let too many people suffer, but unfortunately nobody seems to care until they are under the gun of suffering. It's like putting the cart before the horse, but with our health and well being in life. And then we have dentists and people who say, "it's impossible" well it's not. Thank God for scientists and intelligent people who actually do the work creating these things or we would be screwed with that mentality.@@katherinestaudt8492
