I did this one way back in episode 3, it works, just need more lava. You can't fish at all in a pond that small with any liquid or bait.

You can also prevent the dungeon guardian from spawning by summoning in the Eye of Cthulu and taking him on a trip round the dungeon too ^_^

With the first myth being busted, the next myth should be "if you spawn WOF from the surface, what happens if you use a Underworld Conch/go into hell using hellevator.

the first myth is busted because terraria will only instakill the player if they have engaged in the fight first, this exists to prevent the player from being trapped in a death loop until wof despawns.

You can fish Duke form the lava even the wiki say it you need to be in ocean biome and the lava should be 300tiles or it will not work

Great video, but in order to fish the lava should be at least 200 tiles long. Remove the water, replace it with lava and then try again.

Loved the video and the neat background music, definitely see the similarities to Wand of Sparking, love that!

In theory you should be able to just throw the voodoo doll on the surface then go back down and finish him off even tho it would be pretty silly to chase the wall of flesh like a brat lol

at 1:30 why didnt you jst use a Rod of harmony it doesnt damage you when you use it like the rod of discord

That Skeletron stuff seems progression breaking, just summon Skeletron, and go get all dugeon loot, doesn't even matter how many times you die on the way.

I just should say some myths like the wall of flesh spawn myth can easily be debunked since it’s the horrified debuff that kills you instantly if you teleport not anything else and the only way to get that debuff is by being near WOF. Nice to see you still debunking but in all honesty sometimes I can already see it cause it’s just common sense from players (my opinion) sorry if this discourages you that’s not my intent I’m just saying the thoughts that something can be possible when it’s easily disproven is bad. My recommendation is coming through the toughest myths rather then ones that rely on different measures

Basically: the WOF has no collision hitbox, meaning the player can walk right through it, so it has its tongue to fling you back into the fight. It also does damage so don’t use it to cheese
