LAZARBEAM! I have a challenge for you! A metallic challenge! The Metal Mania Challenge! It is not called the crates! That is a nickname. It is called Metal Mania. 1. You must loot all chests. If you do not loot all seven chests, then you have failed the challenge. The only exception is if not all of the chests spawn, in which case you must loot the chests that are there. Or, if the storm comes, you may leave, but only if you have taken at least one point of storm damage. For this I suggest that when you are first landing, you line yourself up and glide into the crate that hangs above the center of the crate pit. Then, once you have looted the chest that spawns there, you drop down (do not jump. You will take fall damage if you jump out.) into the middle and loot that, then loot the chest that spawns in the crate stack directly to your northeast. Then head to the chest in the northeast tower, then the northwest chest, then southwest, then southeast. That’s my looting strategy for Metal Mania. It’s my favorite place on the map. 84P 2. You must purchase at least one item from the vending machine before leaving. Even if the storm comes you may not leave. The only exception is if it does not spawn. If you break this rule you fail the challenge. 3. You may not leave until you have 999 metal. If you have not collected 999 metal, then you may leave only once the storm touches Metal Mania, and once you have taken storm damage. If you break this rule you have failed the challenge. 4. You may only pick up weapons that are from Metal Mania. The only exception to this rule is if you find one of the following: Heavy Shotgun, Blue/Gold (No Purple or Green) Pump Shotgun, Blue Scoped Assault Rifle, Blue Hunting Rifle, Purple Six Shooter (yes I know it’s vaulted), Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle (yes I know it’s vaulted), and Fiend Hunter Crossbow. 5.
