This is great to have and I would not eat with these and just make sure I brush before putting them back on.

Thanks for your video! I did 4 porcelain veneers they lasted about 15years and then started breaking. Be aware once that happens the teeth underneath are dammaged…they needed to have crowns and one required a root canal. Because of my experience I would only do Lumineers because they don’t grind down natural teeth like porcelain veneers …Do your research! Best of luck!

@@maryquinn6661 hello my friend! I've done a lot of research on veneers and I actually have a full mouth of veneers as I write this comment to you. When porcelain veneers are done correctly they do not need to grind your teeth down substantially in order to achieve them. Crowns in fact require you to grind down a substantial amount of your teeth. Also, when the veneers finally start to crack all you need to do is simply get new ones put on. If your teeth are damaged underneath your veneers that means that you had a problem that shouldn't have been there the entire time. But once porcelain veneers crack all you have to do is get them replaced. Thanks for your comment!

I just got mine yesterday. I took your recommendations on getting them as tight as possible. I can feel a ton of pressure on my real teeth. Does that eventually go away? I know the paperwork that came with it said to give it a week before contacting them. How was your first week with them?

Gotcha. They definitely will loosen up over time. I'm my experience this was the best way to go. I'd say to wait the week and let them break in a bit. Hope that helps!

I've heard that real veneers only last somewhere between eight and ten years. Is that correct?

@@TheCw1941 I think it has a large part to do with how you personally treat them but I was told between 10 and 15 years and then someone else told me 15 to 20. If you treat them well I do believe that you're probably get about 15 years.

Your teeth are gonna rot from having those in. Why not just get braces? Its only a couple years and you'll actually have your actual teeth.

I don't wear these nearly enough in order for my teeth to rot lol. I only wear them for short periods of time. Whether it be for video or whether it's just going out with some friends. And as far as braces, they would do nothing for me. My teeth are perfectly straight. They're all in their perfect place and there's nothing wrong with them at all other than them looking a little bit sharp.

Dude. Be careful with those real veneers. If not aware, your permanent teeth are filed/shaved down to like dagger points (vampirish) and it is irreversible. You mentioned in another video that you felt your teeth looked sharp. Wait until you finish the real veneer preparation. Dracula will be in the house🥺 Thank you for the videos & advice.

Thank you so much for that information. Unfortunately a lot of people think that this is true but it's not! When teeth are filed down like that for veneers they were done completely incorrectly. Maybe we can talk about this in the video if I end up doing it. Veneers only need very small amount of roughing up. However, if you're getting a cap then you would need your teeth to be filed down to those daggers. A lot of doctors out there who don't know what they're doing will also file down the teeth to an unreasonable degree for veneers. Appreciate you!

@@whitecloud6383 thanks, I really appreciate your kind word! I'm also considering getting my teeth veneered permanently because I actually have enamel loss and my teeth are soft. Really weird stuff but I'm seeing a lot of changes in my teeth lately. I've been working on my vitamins and minerals but I don't know if it's going to help. The veneers could protect my teeth from further decay and damage.

Hey my friend! So happy that you left this comment. I've actually gotten the veneers And I documented the entire process for the channel. You'll be happy to know that because it went to a doctor that actually knows what they're doing, he barely even filed my teeth down. I took before, during and after pictures to show what my teeth looked like in the beginning and compare them to after they were filed and roughed up. Hardly a noticeable difference whatsoever. Looking forward to showing you the video so that you and others can see the proper way to get veneers when compared to what everyone else gets... Vampire daggers!
