Hey, there's a 5% that you missed. By aligning with the pope as the French, finishing that mission path gives you access to Holy Orders without culture lock, and the Jesuits Holy Order gives -5% local dev cost modifier. Edit: if you are and remain Catholic ofc, i didn't see any religious conditions in the vid but maybe i missed it

Hey, you can cheese the end-tag restriction. Instead of forming PLC you form france, become HRE emperor, speed through reforms until revoke priviliges, press the france mission "Brugundian Succession" but DONT click the popup event yet (put it to the side for now), form HRE through last reform "renovatio imperii", release Burgundy vassal and give him EVERY province you own (before burgundy release you can cheese a bit of starting income by taking all the loans you can, released+play as vassal gets half of it for free), you click the event NOW and inherit all the provinces again, now you release play as burgundy and bingo .... you are now NOT an endgame tag anymore and can do whatever you want

If you wanted to do another Anbennar modifier stacking run, development cost is one of those things that go insane mode in the mod. Just glance in the general direction of dwarven Holds, where (for the cost of thousands of ducats, several times, with the requirement of developing the province 10x between each time) you can get -22.5% development cost permanently on the province. That doesn't take into account literally any other bonuses that you'd have stacked in order to afford those 10 clicks each time, like say Expand Infrastructure etc.

Let's just say, I have a Dwarf campaign planned actually, but it does need the Dwarf formable to finally get missions

Considering that eu5 has estates auto-dev, I wonder if you'll be able to do the equivalent of devving more quickly if you can stack as many estates as possible. Say, how many estates is it possible to get maximum in a game of vanilla eu4?

Yeah, you can't form Portugal so it is pretty incompatible with the other requirements, and it also means you can't be Korean.

Admin technology gives Development Efficiency, rather than Development Cost Modifier. It's up to -30% off the 50 point base cost of developing a province. It's more or less multiplicative with Development Cost modifier.

Yup, you could do it for free on the old Patch, if you watch an old florry vod of his 1 billion stack run you can see him sitting down for like half an hour and devving for free.

do a states tier list or a provinces tier list, or a tech group tier list, or a unit type tier list, or an individual techs tier list, or an individual ideas regardless of idea group tier list, or a buildings tier list, or a japanese daimyo at 1444 tier list, or an irish tags at 1444 tier list, or an hre 1-2-3province minors at 1444 tier list, or an estates tier list, or an age abilities tier list, or a disaster tier list there are a lot of tier lists that are left unexplored
