When wheels are really hammered, I’ll use ADS Decon soap in my bucket and that works really really well too!!!

Nice demo, thanks. Like you, i do a full wheel clean monthly. RW in between. In the UK we have Autobrite Just Wheels and at 2% produces a lovely thick foam. A firm favourite

Austin, you know I use P&S and have had good luck with it (I know you're not a fan). I try to always use a dedicated wheel cleaner, and P&S is pretty inexpensive so it works out. I also don't clean all of our cars religiously, and it's mostly the MX-5 that I fastidious about keeping clean (roughly a full wash/detail for every time I drive it) so it never gets that dirty. I have used car wash soap on occasion, usually when I'm really in a hurry, but I don't like doing that and even at those times I've just sprayed on the wheel cleaner and let it sit before going in with the car wash soap during the normal wash, just to help break down some of the brake dust and dirt.

Right on! A lot of different ways and products to use for sure! How is the brake dust on the Miata?

@@gonin60detailing82 Doesn't really seem too bad. I have the package with the Brembo front brakes, but I haven't really noticed any undue buildup. Of course, I wash it all the time so nothing ever really gets built up on it anyway.
