I know how to beat all the stages without pressing right or left. *Debug mode. Sign post. Spin dash. Rinse and repeat.* Yes it’s the easy way out, but it is still a way out.

1:49 "...and climbing replaces jumping, I guess." Yes, Climbing replaces a step required to climb and is also replacing something we can do perfectly fine because this is a no Right or left run, not a no jump run. just so you know it replaces turning.

I would perfer that the left and right presses be done like this: left presses:1 left or right:1 right presses:0

An A press is an A press you cant say its only a half

For the spider boss, I found it possible to beat him with no left nor right presses: get on the middle of the ground to trigger the boss, then time a glide into one of the shock balls eggman throws in order to get hit to the left, then use only the left poles to damage eggman, and when there are spikes on both sides, you can spindash and hit eggman towards the spikes, careful tho since you'll need to correct yourself before getting hit.

Instructions unclear: Somehow beat Sonic 06 without glitches.

Yeah I miss him too. Basically nobody has seen him online since his last reply on twitter. His discord mods and everyone in the discord abandoned him, and nobody knows what happened. For all we know he actually died, which is a very real possibility with the total radio silence with literally everyone. I hope he's doing well

Okay I was doing my own run and checked out if others tried it, and I have a few suggestions. The Spider-Boss throws these energy balls that can be used to get thrown at the left of the mech. It's really precise and it really hinders the rest of the battle since you don't have any rings, but it is possible without a left press. Same trick can be used to fight the Lightbug Boss without going the wrong way

I did this challenge myself a while back, but I didn’t really try too hard to succeed. I only got as far as Studiopolis. Edit- realized this might sound confusing. I only went as far as Studiopolis without right presses, not without left.

If you’re lucky you can eliminate left press 2 in flying battery by jumping into the spider bumper and it launches you to the left

I know how to skip the left press in Flying Battery 2's boss! You have to glide precisely into the spin pole so you can be launced right and be damage boosted!

Honestly even know he was talking about Nathaniel bandy he proved a point when he completed a hard part he moved right and Atleast he counts his left right presses

I have a challenge for you. You can only move the characters with debug mode, no directional inputs.

9:00 for the spider boss. Could you have not glided into the spikes on the right and as soon as you land, turn into a ball. Which then would move knuckles to the left side

In the boss you could spindash up to the wall and use the backdash (aka spindash while moving to the left but facing right)

Gamechamp3000 did this exact challenge but the left presses was an optional challenge, and the game was sonic 3 (& knuckles)

Flying battery was the hardest for me so not press L or R is basically hell the hedgehog and knuckles

I might be a tad late to this, and people probably know this, but you can beat chemical plant zone act 2.

... I could've sworn I watched this, but apparently I didn't.

When I first got mania fbz 2 made me restart from zone 1 a thousand times.
