Every time Spiff plays oblivion he just happens to create Uriel Septum’s sleep paralysis demon

Its hilarious that the premise of the video implies that you'll be completing many quests and slaying the forces of evil with only the hoe, but then the reality of the video is you fight umbra with it, die multiple times, then give up and cheese the ending of the game which doesnt require or use the hoe at all. This is quality content.

As a French man, I can confirm "fighting like a Frenchman" actually means "looking for a hoe that defies the laws of physics and biology, then annihilate everyone with it".

@@wealthybone2990 both Skyrim and Oblivion have fortify unarmed enchants and I think there's some alchemy ingredients that work for it too. Plus khajiit in Skyrim get the claws bonus that makes early brawls super easy.

Play as a Kajhiit its much more powerful in skyrim and better than average in oblivion. In oblivion there are fisticuff augmenting gauntlets in a chest outside the arena next to the boxing woman and argonian.

Spiff I'm shocked! Umbra is incredibly easy to kill! If you perform a max range pickpocket she will inevitably catch you attempting to steal from her what this does is cause her to walk towards you without triggering combat. Since you are max range you have enough time to run away from her where she will continue to walk towards you until she talks to you allowing you to walk her through all the traps until she dies.

Paralysis over the spike trap works too, ingredients are cheap early levels if you know how or have the dlc.

I like to imagine that the guards fought valiantly and the prince braved the wilds of the world to get to the temple and then a strange orc with a hoe shows up and takes credit for everyone's accomplishments and, after the final battle, goes crazy and yells at people while swinging his hoe " I am the hoe lord!" and is easily killed. 10/10 would see the movie.

So much nostalgia in one video, duplication glitch,paint brush glitch and the quest completion glitch. This is what legends were born out of.

Should have named the character Tetanus. Nothing is more terrifying than someone named after a disease wielding a weapon that will likely give anyone hit by it said disease.

Perfect, absolutely perfect. No bugs whatsoever good job spif, you are the best bug tester ever. Todd Howard should hire you as the new ceo!

You can cheese the Umbra fight by being an Argonian and baiting her into the room with all the poison gas traps, you know, the ones that you are immune to and she isn't...

Wow, when I saw The Godfather in WWF I just thought it was a silly gimmick. I never knew there was a legitimate strategic approach to weaponizing the dirty hoe. Thanks for the lesson, Spiff!

So funny enough. I accidentally found the paintbrush glitch early on when I was young and tried to climb the tallest building with them. I couldn’t find a way to safely land on tue other side so I never found the secret door and didn’t know about it until 15 years later

So strange that in the village where you find the hoe, all the farm tools start attacking you with farm tools.

"I think we're making something beutiful but we can't know until we turn it sideways" Now that's oblivion.

I've always loved the fact that the final battle is just Machoke vs Charizard.

I swear I’ve seen someone do a hoe only Oblivion run before, but it might just be my imagination.

I LOVE Oblivion videos, please make a series out of this game, here's a recommendation, try exploiting the game with all the weird gadget arrows, there's a vine arrow, a slip and fall one, and a few other wacky tools

my favourite thing to do in Morrowind is buy a 1-second Fortify Enchant 300 pts enchantment, and break the rest of the game with any enchantment i want _for free!_

Waiting on Spif to break the wood elf. Either a in game charm animal build or a lore accurate Wild Shape mod that has the PC shifting between models every 2 minutes or so.

I just love the character creation, you can make just the nost weird to nightmarish characters you can think of.

Anyone else holds their breath whenever leaving the sewer in Oblivion? That's the moment you learn if you can actually play the game or there is no real terrain, you fall down to the LOD terrain to your death and have to reinstall the whole game...

Here I was expecting Spiff to turn the Hoe to an overpowered broken weapon through exploiting its disease diving capabilities only for him to end the game in a few steps after acquiring it. Loved the video

There's a rather powerful weapon in Ultima VII called the Hoe of Destruction. Bit of an amusing backstory to it.

Umbra was how I started every run. I would dupe to get enough money to buy the staff that does 33 of each element damage. What I love about Umbra's armour and weapon is that because its a quest item its weightless 🤣🤣

Only umbra's weapon is weightless. The armor has ebony weight. And if you complete the clavicus vile and choose umbra, the sword has weight

I know you can cheese Umbra with a bow, or magic, but early game hand to hand doesn't go well. Normally I get disarmed, and run around looking for my sword until i die.
