People need to realize that even level 9 CPUs suck at literally everything that isn't quick spin invincibility frames or Air Ride. That, and to never say never on the internet. :.p Like seriously, you using Formula seems to have just made it an actually fair fight against the CPUs, even with their cheated stats. Also didn't we (the Formula gang) manage to beat Dedede on all Formulas once with stat cheats? So it's theoretically possible, just hard.
Well done! Better than I ever expected out of it. I deeply apologize to subjecting you to actually having to use this thing as anything other than a last resort.
