Many times , you will find weapon to steal in her locked safe too. Also , stealing gun , food, health potions, ammo, knifes and clothing with beneficial abilities for fights from this town's houses & other locations too. Though, I will steal all the time as good samaritan who does good deeds while I have unfortunately stealing habit that I can not stopped. 🙂😉😘

I always steal that magnum so I can use it for the magnum skipping glitch early game, chet also usually sells atleast a few rounds of hollow point for it too so I can change the ammo types.

NCR Ranger Veteran Commander is my new favorite NPC, I haven't laughed so hard in such a long time, made even funnier that he was taunting a legion mongrel of all enemies.

The best way to recreate the fallout 2 intro is by wearing enclave power armour outside vault 19 and equiping a minigun and start blasting has the vault 19 doors open

you can just run right past the guards and get onto the monorail. It doesn't cost you any rep with the ncr and they won't be aggressive afterwards.

Once you trespass and use the tail to hit Vegas they are friendly when you get there

@@vincentmillette7584 I did a playthrough like this before. Didn't allow myself to steal or lockpick (except in the case of obviously abandoned prewar buildings) I also couldn't loot corpses. So basically everything had to be purchased, or I had to get paid from doing quests. I called it my "property rights playthrough" It was actually a ton of fun. I also had a lot less trash floating around my inventory. I do this pretty often now when I do other open-world rpgs like Skyrim and such. Once you do it you realize that you really don't need to loot literally every single enemy in order to have some pretty top-tier equipment.

That T-bagging Ranger made me think that it's a Fallout New Vegas Co-op mode. Thank you for give me nostalgia Nerbit !

I have some idea for a challenge: Can you beat Fallout New Vegas with only things you can get from Doc Mitchell house (it can include courier stash because you get it back or get it when you still at his house). When it's get used up that's done. Any cap you get there might be spent on ammo.

At Camp Golf and the HH Tools place there is a keycard that specifically let you bypass the first Lucky 48 terminal, I know for a fact that the red keycard is left out in the open on Chief Hanlon's desk, so it is possible to enter the House's antechamber without the chip nor the science skill of 80.

6:00 - I may be misremembering but there's a way to let Benny go free, at which point he runs away and get caught by Caesar. You should then be able to pickpocket the Platinum Chip from him while he's tied up in Caesar's Tent.

Doesn't Caesar have the chip at that point? He gives it to you. Then the game doesn't tag it as stolen.

I got an idea for a challenge. Can you beat New Vegas with only recharger weapons? This is rather straightforward. Recharger weapons are energy weapons that slowly regenerate over time. Might make for intense situations when you can't shoot for a while.

@Nerbit I've got an interesting challenge for you. Recently a new mod got added to Nexus Mods for Fallout New Vegas. It adds in the ability to roll a dice and/or flip a coin for roleplaying purposes. Here's the challenge: Can you beat Fallout New Vegas by using coin flips to decide your fate? E.g. You flip a coin before encounters to determine if you kill or sneak past enemies and make particular quest choices. For choices and encounters with more than 2 approaches, use the dice to resolve it. It's basically a Two Face from Batman playthrough and would test your ability to adapt your playstyle.

I love how nobody ever uses the sewers to get into Vegas, probably because most don't know you can do that

That NCR ranger teabagging the mongrel was arguably the best part of the video, right besides the effortless fight with Lanius.

You don't need the NCR uniform to ride the monorail, you can just run through. The guards will be angry towards you but as soon as you get to the strip you'll be in the clear.

I have never, in my decade-plus time of playing NV, ever managed to nail the timing for avoiding the boomer bombardment. After getting blown to Kingdom come for about thirty minutes on my first try I just mainlined a bunch of sarsaparilla to stack up the HP/sec buff and rabbited straight for the fence.

well this is one of the best parts about fallout in general, stealing everything not nailed down

Here's an idea for a challenge how can you beat fallout new vegas while permanently crippled or can you beat fallout new vegas by only using regeneration perks like solar power or the Phoenix inplant?

That shot you missed at the beginning is so relatable.

15:19 here we see the impeccable strategies of the NCR, where ranger grant defends the innocent bystander from the immediate threat with his abs whilst the nearby sniper gets the perfect angle to neutralize them.

There's actually a third way to access House's chamber. If you visit the H&H Tools Factory, in the boss's room there's a keycard that can open House's chamber in place of the Platinum Chip. It's not set to owned, though, so it wouldn't have been useful for this challenge.

4:00 I literally stole every weapon off of the tables in the middle of the room and the laser rifles in the cabinet using this trick. I then turned away everyone except the bomb guy while working as a guard there and then robbed the rest of the place.

You can get onto The Strip by doing GI Blues. If you help The King, he’ll give you the option to get a free passport from Mick and Ralph. If you’re not aiming to get Rex as a companion, it’s a good reason to do his quest.

You can buy a counterfeit passport for 500 ot 300 caps, first shop on your way to the strip. Pretty ez if u ask me, got it on my first playthrough

If you make it to Cottonwood Cove, Caesar will give you the chip if you don’t have it. This means the you can kill Benny, then go to Cottontail Cove so you can do the other 3 endings.

Here's a fun fact for future playthroughs, if you go to the H&H Tool Factory there's code's in the head office for all of House's terminal's. That's because H&H Tool's was owned by House's Older brother, not going to spoil the story there. Also, next time you're in front of a Securitron... Look at the metal strip under their monitor.

Why not take the recharger rifles/pistols from the Silver Rush? It's not a great weapon but you never have to worry about ammo again and it repairable with regular laser rifles.

I think I figured out a fun challenge: Can you beat Fallout New Vegas with only Unique items? This is a simple challenge. The only items you can use are uniques. You can repair them with non-unique items, but all damage, protection and healing must be done with one-of-a-kind unique items. The only exception, obviously, is ammo, because otherwise you'd be forced to only use unique melee weapons, and that's no fun.

Give you a tip with the Skilled Trait. When you exit Goodsprings you can chose to retake a trait and Skilled will permanently add +5 skill Points each time you take it.
