She has great skin. What I like best is she doesn't look "done". She looks rejuvenated. I would LOVE to see this patient again.

I'm 65 and over the past 2 years i've had fillers done. I have loved the difference they have made and my skin looks so much younger that I can only attest to collagen reproduction. I did just have my upper and lower eyes surgery in August and very happy with that. But afraid to do anything else. I'm comfortable with the injectables so we'll see.

Interesting about that mid philtrum horizontal line Sarah. My colleague did ortho smile correction for her patient and this particular young patient ended up with that wrinkle due to the orthodontic movement!

Quite a nice result. I am destined to be old , tired looking and wrinkled because no way I could sit there getting cannulae jabbed repeatedly under my skin. My eyes watered and nose ran just watching. And I'm an O.R. Nurse. Cudos to all who can.👏👏👏👏

For me a laser resurfacing was great for the line above the lip if it is not so deep yet. I had one that had started forming after I got lip injections, and my new bigger top lip would curl up making that wrinkle. It became a fine line. I had an erbium done and it is gone for now☺️

Is it true, that if you get a consultation you can get treatment on the NHS, for such as severe facial assymetry?

Doc can fillers be injected at the areas that dimples sit just in the smile lines. My dimples are looking a bit caved in and turned into three each side. Would a face lift to this lady's neck lift the areas I said. I'm thinking this option. No one I know will inject the patisma Thank you.ps your work is like art. She looks great

Jacqueline Dempsey yes you can inject the dimples if they are getting too deep. Ideally yes she would have a facelift, but circumstances are not always ideal!

I am 69 and have had numerous fillers in all the typical areas. Have had a thread lift for lower face and more Mini PDO threads in cheek also around my lips. (30 total) My frustration is my LIPS. I have had all fillers that can be used in them with only a month at best of a lasting effect. My lips seem to just suck in the fillers 😢😢! I have wasted $$$ hate to even think how much with NO lasting results. My last was mini PDO threads along the vermilion borders and around mouth. I know it takes time for collagen to build up as I see my face improving from them for sure. But any suggestions for the actual lips please?? I’d like to to be able to enjoy plumped lips for at least 6 months like most people do! Are some people just unable to see those results...I’m totally so disappointed ☹️

I just had a full facelift and necklift and upper liplift it all turned out amazing. I had never had anything done in the past. And, I think this woman needs surgery. I was refused by a surgeon when the anathesthetist was nervous about my going under. But i found another surgeon who agreed to do it. I am 63-yrs old.

So how much or how many syringes of fillers & Botox did you use on her for this treatment?

Thank you. I need a slight improvement in my jowls, as they are beginning to show those little side pockets. Despite very small, they bother me, as my face is more angular now. Menopause has stolen my ability to lose weight at the drop of a hat like I used to, so I can't have a more oval shaped face, although it's never had exactly an oval shape. My doctor suggested Botox somewhere in this area, but I've been reading horror stories on the internet of people who had a crooked smile and even a warped speech after that. Apparently they had it done with doctors. It's a shame, I would like a change. Fuck, I hate getting old, lol! Excuse my French! I also suffer from bruxism when I sleep.

Wow at first I didn’t see a difference other then the crow’s feet, until you pointed it out. Now , I see the lip and underneath the eyes, wow

If you don't mind, questions about botox: 1) I've heard that each batch is tested on live mice, and if it doesn't kill them, the batch is no good. Is this true? 2) Would all this need to be repeated every few months, or does the muscle retrain after a while and stay in a more relaxed state? Thanks!

It's called the Juvapen

I am 62 and recently received Botox and was a disaster!!! My provider never warned me of side effects! Ended up with a ptosis. If he would have warned me I would have said no to Botox but I figured he wanted my money He used 78 units is that too much!! He was a plastic surgeon! So upset… I hope my eyes will fully recover

Two close friends of mine in there 40’s had to stop Botox. One girls right eye and cheep started dropping and the other had a similar experience after 10 years of use. There’s many stories similar to theirs and worse but you don’t hear much about it

What about the swelling afterwards? I get scared of that...

There’s usually always a little bit of swelling no matter where you add the filler and this varies based on the product used and the technique for placement but sometimes you can get unlucky. It does go away quite quickly though 🤞

Yes, please have her back....

A good result is showing after the procedure but when you look at the after results , it is the area around the eyes which are making the patient look the most older , the only real solution would be an upper and lower lid surgery , which is one of the lowest cost plastic surgeries of the face and often it is done under local anesthesia and the results can be long lasting . Having lots of dermal fillers in that area will not give the best results and are not cost effective in the long term .

Fillers can only do so much! After a certain age surgical methods seem to get the best results for patients long-term but many of these patients don't want to try it.

Wondering how much all this cost and also how often she would have to come back if her goal was to maintain this look?

I think she needs a number of different treatments not only fillers and Botox. Laser treatments can do amazing things for the neck and lower face.

Question: Do men need to shave their facial hair before coming for an appointment and do women need to take off their makeup,eyeliner etc. ? Will that make your job easier ?

She looks TONS better! A lot of the tired shadows are gone. Remember, you're seeing her with no makeup and, regardless, they're not going for 25 year old supermodel here. MY beef is, once you start this stuff it doesn't last... and the maintenance gets VERY expensive.

Yes see her again further improved!! Of course I can only say this theoretically but I think the lid (area below brow hairs from the start of the brow all the way to the tail) could use some filler too. I imagine it would help softening the sharp deep shadows that connect with the front of her eyebrows. I assume that could also help the bulgy bits above the inner corners of her eye look less bulgy if the rest of that are is more projected. I always look at that and how it could be improved because my mother has the exact same issue now at 55 and those areas used to be hollows rather than protrusions. I feel like that has had a massive impact on how she looks and has taken away a lot of her identity and youthfulness around her eyes. Thoughts?

I know I wasn't implying that you should have done it god no!! haha! It's just me wondering what can improve those issues around the eyes. I would love to see an extreme before after focusing on the eyes. Like turning the clock back considerably!

My lord, I wish all this were about half as expensive as it is. At this rate, only the wealthy can afford to leave the house without a paper bag.

They can but once someone has lots of saggy skin you would have to make her look like a cabbage patch doll to pick up all the slack. and even then....

Very little difference

The only difference I can see is her under eyes. 😳
