Great to see some Mini Motorways again! I remember you talking awhile ago about the hyper specifics of car movement, but I don't remember the deep dive into the updated stoplights. How are the stoplights actually useful?

traffic lights were updated for right-hand red traffic to automatically go if they're moving at a certain speed when they reach the red light. That way, you can have a second flow of traffic with less interruptions and less slowdowns compared to a T-junction without the light. :) I think the third deep dive I made touched on it?

Those spawns with just one tile of clearance feed into my paranoia with this game lol and the fact that I can't really anticipate them early on if I don't have enough roads? heartbreaking. I do love to see you problem solve this game though!

I wish I could play it more! Buuuut I should probably keep trying new games too ;P

it might be helpful to know that houses or buildings never spawn directly next to a building, so there’s no need to put placeholder roads there, but if you have extra roads then it’s no big deal

Thanks! It takes a bit, but you'd be surprised how long the original run was compared to the edited version... at least 20 minutes was cut and it still flows pretty well, imho!

As far as I'm aware, no - the spawning of the houses is independent from the progression of the game
