I live in Massachusetts, am a Gen Z-er, have spent a good deal of time in Lowell, and have still never ever ever heard "bang thirties". I'm guessing that one might be specific to his school some how. I have heard and/or used pretty much all of the others though. I really wish you guys had more context to some of the words though, you kinda missed the meaning of some of them without having the word in a sentence, and it drove me a little bit crazy not being able to help you figure out what it really means! Fun so though 😋.

And my thought process about apparel styles kinda goes into what Rhett was saying. It's more like, eventually, everyone settles into comfort. Like, look at what every generation the past 90 years has ended up settling into in their older years. T-shirts and jeans. Just make it your own. Get sturdy stuff that doesn't look too cheap and feels good when you wear it. Best part is how diverse the color palette is nowadays. Levi's 501. Twentysome varieties. And then t-shirts. I am 100% Raglan Henley 3/4. Doesn't matter how long my arms are. It's a 3/4. Doesn't matter if the seams aren't flawless. It's a Raglan. Can't choose between a vneck and a crew? Get you a Henley!

Rhett, your generation and mine created the fashions and trends that my generation and your young sons enjoy. Its no surprise that we like them. Give them Pogs and Dunkaroos and they'll enjoy them just like we did. Plus, you're really only as old as you feel. I'm 34, I've felt like I was 16 since I was 16. Live stress free, love everyone, stretch and exercise often.

@@JoeBidensdememtiapills nah. What happened for a lot of us born in the 90s is we were the last generation without internet. After the 2000s the Generation Gap between us and those born after 2000s is larger than basically every other generation since probably the printing press and cars. The 90s kids and 2000 kids are worlds apart. We have more in common with the generations before us. So, philosophically we are tired and old already do to the acceleration of information.
