I've played this against my husband 1V1 and it definitely kills! Getting those couple of low-cost walls out and then swinging them on turn 3-4 when I bring out Arcades is a lot of fun. Can't wait to play it tonight in our Veteran's Day celebration tournament. Thanks again Daenan, for making all these super cool decks and having a give-and-take when it comes to what to maybe take out/put in. I always give you credit when someone compliments my deck (which is very often) and recommend newcomers to check out your videos
Tetsuko (imo) is more of a whoop I win card anytime in mid to late game especially with a crashing draw bridge down. Great video!
Excellent! My Eldrazi/Artifact maining friend dreads the walls for some reason, and now I'm going to doubly ensure that.
Awesome, this video helps me quite a lot. much thanks to you ^^
Wanted to let you know that you forgot to put the decklist in the description! Good to know what I would put in mine if I wanted to upgrade my budget version. I focused mine more on the 2 drop walls rather than 3 drop walls to help really spam out a lot of walls. I like to play 3-5 walls a turn and swing out with the ones I already have, pretty easy once you have some of the generator walls especially Overgrown Battlement or Axebane Guardian out. Leaves a good amount of defense while still being aggressive enough to keep the game moving along. Some things I could mention are cards like Faith's Reward and Return to the Ranks (which is probably better in mine since I focused on 2 mana rather than 3 mana walls) to help you deal with the fact that your incredible field building speed tends to cause lots of board wipes. Also Tower Defense is a good answer to flying or it can add lots of power offensively so it is a good flex card. Great video and I love your deckbuilding checklist you work off of!

@@commanderbydaenen No worries! Just wanted to let you know since I noticed it
I have a Bright Palm deck, Soul Awakener, from the march of the machines precon, I always think it doesn't have enough ramp and card advantage when I play them. I'd love to see how you would make a list focused on this commander but without abusing the blink mechanic lol
I have always played modern, gonna give this a shot for my first commander deck! Looks like lots of fun.
this is remarkable, it reminds me of an all-walls deck my dad ran like 20 years ago that he won contests with. the game may have evolved but the fringe gimmicks will always be fun as hell edit: although you might be screwed if an opponent is running a Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut artifact creature deck
Both boots would be ideal to provide even more protection for your commander, the gameplan falls a bit if Arcades is taken out, although you still have some walls to protect you until you can recast your commander.
No commander protection need lightning greaves and swiftfoot boots
I do not have a wall deck. I do however have a super fun Graaz deck that would love to fight this deck. Juggernauts ftw lol

Immovable Objects Vs. Unstoppable Forces
Maybe im a newb, but how is March of the Ents a "whoops i win" spell? You still need a whole turn cycle before you might be able to close out the game. I get that it puts a lot of pressure on the board, but its also just begging for a board wipe. Can someone explain to me how that card wins on the spot?

If you have Crashing Drawbridge out when you cast it, you can swing in for the win depending on the situation.
Is it okay to change my windswept Heath for a savannah?

A Windswept Heath is a fetchland, so it helps to make sure you have the correct colors in your deck. If anything, you'd want to replace a Typed land that comes in tapped, such as Arctic Treeline or Canopy Vista. Otherwise, you could replace a basic. In my experience, Fetches are better than Duals when it comes to making your deck more powerful.
Do I have to be a patreon to have you make a aesi deck as strong as possible for around 500$

I'm pretty booked up at the moment. I do one video every weekday and I have 20 patrons, so that leaves me 1-2 days a month to make videos NOT sponsored by someone. I'll keep it in mind, though!
I love my arcades deck. Very powerful if you can keep your commander out.
