I would like to thank you for all the information on the MSC Divina. I will be cruising in Oct 2022 for 7 nights for my first solo cruise.

I’ve gotta say, you have evolved into probably my favorite KZreadr since you started expanding into other cruise lines. I’m a huge Disney fan but enjoy other cruise lines from time to time and it’s absolutely refreshing to see a trusted and familiar face telling us all about them. Please keep them going!

I loved the Divina when I cruised on her last September. MSC gets a lot of criticism from die hard cruisers who love Carnival and Royal Caribbean and Disney and Norwegian etc. Because they're looking for the cruise they have been comfortable with. I think if you're able to embrace a very European experience you will have a wonderful time. The ships are beautiful, the people are lovely and personally I like Mediterranean food. We loved the desserts in the Piazza del Doge. I will go on them again!

I did dcl last year and was on a 4 night divina in may and no complaints love the divina except the bed

Basically that hit in the pool can explain how Michaels cruise is going

Hi Michael there were 2 hot tubs beside each other, it's possible they were at 2 different temp levels, some ppl very curiously don't like their hot tub water actually hot , maybe they have low leg blood circulation. You spoke about Achilles heel pain did you try going to the ship's sick bay, they could of given you hot / cold packs to help you, you could of soaked your feet in hot water in the bath tub n then applied ice in a damp towel if you had swelling.

I’m one of those people who don’t like hot tubs too hot. I’m very sensitive to hot and cold temperatures.

Thanks for your honest review of the Divina reminds me of a cruise we took on Costa cruises as far as what you have posted about the food and entertainment the ship looks very nice and the cabin does also from what I can tell it looks like you get what you pay for with their lower prices .Have been on 25 cruises and will go on two more on Celebrity and Disney before the end of 2022.

Interesting video, I’ve never cared for this cruise line and was not impressed with how they treat customers , but it’s interesting to see inside the ship and see how they do things. The mirror was funny lol how crazy! I’d think the same thing. I’m such a die hard Disney cruiser that nothing compares lol I love you trying all the different cruise lines though! MSC is known for so-so food and entertainment, but you have made your way around it! So interesting!

I don’t understand why everything you eat has to be the BEST you’ve ever had. Can’t you just enjoy it for what it is?

Michael, is Disney's fault, we've been spoiled with outstanding food it's hard to find anything compared. It happens all the time but I do love that you're able to Relax and at the end that's the whole purpose right. Keep on cruising.

I went on a MSC cruise in 2015 and the food you're eating looks out of this world compared to what I ate! We had 'risotto' which was basically a warm rice pudding with cheese 😅 we lived on fries and gravy in the buffet most of the trip! However, you're right, it's about taking you from destination to destination more than the ship itself.

It was very enlightening seeing how you react to the different aspects of the cruise even when you are trying to be positive I can tell when you are disappointed (eg the mediocre food). The indoor pool and hot tub looks great and extremely convenient, love the decor and surrounding setting. I’m glad you were able to enjoy it early in the morning. I hope you find a better breakfast, the majority of the items at the buffet look average. The MSC ship looks like a lot of fun and is well designed. Great video, great job!!

For US going on a cruise IS ABOUT "The Food, The Ship, The Excursions and the Destinations...Thats why my family cruises...

I appreciate Michael checking out these other cruise lines, but based on his other videos I just have a hard time seeing how they could top a Disney Cruise. We are going on our first Disney cruise this September to Alaska :) very excited

I rarely hear people talk about the rumble. I've only ever heard a few people talk about the rumbling, and when cruising with others, I was the only person who felt it, so it seems like something most people aren't sensitive to. I am sensitive to certain motions, but not others, so rumbling doesn't affect any motion sickness, but I am sensitive enough to the rumbling that it woke me up on my cruise. So I appreciate you noting that you couldn't feel it in your cabin.

I'll never EVER understand the MSC food reviews. Several trips with them (and one coming up), different ships, and the food has been fantastic. Much better than Carnival or Norwegian (again, in MY opinion). I guess my thought is - what are you expecting? Seriously - what do you eat on land? Not being mean - just curious. It's almost as if the "rumor" of "bad food" just causes everyone to be skeptical and find something to complain about. Just my two cents...

Ok I will not be rushing to cruise on MSC. I appreciate your reviews. I am an adult who loves my Disney Cruises and will continue when I cruise it will be Disney. If I’m going to cruise and eat I want better than ok food. I do appreciate you going on all the different cruise lines. I enjoy watching. Thank you

I sailed MSC Seashore last year and the food was better then expected, at least as good as Royal. The lunch deal at Butcher's Cut was very good. Very good food and a very good deal.

My last Royal Caribbean in May we arrived at some of the ports at noon or 1:00 so it's not just an MSC thing

We shall be on that ship for a week at Christmas. Looks fine for the money we paid. Which was very very little! I take it you’re a tea-totaler ? I’m from the U.K. and not bothered about coffee comparisons but would have liked to have seen the bars....

Looks less crowded then carnival.

It's strange how different people are my biggest negative from my Disney cruise is how bad the buffet and pizza were. Carnivals buffet and pizza were just so much better.

Thank you! I have been on a couple of Disney Cruises and the food to me was nothing special. Even for dinner. Food was often times lukewarm and just meh.

Man, the pools on this ship make DCLs pools seem like an expensive slap in the face 🥴

To me, this looks so relaxing. To be disconnected from the world. no driving, no cooking, the ocean at your feet. Nice tour Michael.

The food on MSC is not great. MSC and Norwegian have the least impressive food of the major lines IMO.
