I really like this challenge, the nature of amiibo drops and the order you choose to use them in makes every run different. Also, I'm curious about the modifier on the Sea-Breeze Boomerang, since even the low-tier modifier requires 1667 enemy points and that was having just left the Great Plateau. btw for those that don't know, amiibo items' modifiers are always guaranteed to be the maximum possible value for that grade modifier, so it probably had +4 durability and would have +20 if the second modifier (which still shows as white for some reason). Also also, I'm not exactly sure what was going on at 42:14 but I am very glad it was included with no segues.

I know that the amiibo items are special as they always have modifiers, but they can have the higher value despite only showing the color of the lower value modifier. Would need to look into it a tad more to be 100% But yes, piggy scene had to stay thank you!

And I found out you can burn the apples off the tree. I set a torch on fire and stood under the apples. Bakes them and they automatically fall off.

I really like what you did here. 1:03:04 a sort of calm before the storm, the end of the run, the final fight against ganon, with the ScarVi music bursting in the background. Very cool! Great vid as always.

Your original Amiibo run is my absolute favorite of your challenge runs and inspired me to do my own challenge runs, great way to play the game a new way while we wait for Tears of the Kingdom. Watching this and the other amiibo run back to back really highlights how much you have grown - and yes, one can argue that some portion of that is owed to the drops, but I think your skill shines through. I'm looking forward to the challenges to come!

I dropped an idea before but it had a few flaws so I came up with a new idea that should be better than the last. The Hero We Needed, But Didn’t Know After all of these years, you are tired of waiting for this “Champion of Hyrule” to come and save you. With your knowledge of combat and handy weaponry found about you head out to do what the Hero of the Wild couldn't do. RULES: - You must complete all 4 divine beasts [no champion abilities] and beat the game - You can only wear the Hylian Set [exceptions for armor needed to complete the game] - You can only use the Soldier weapon set [If these become too scarce to use, upgrade to Knight weapon set] - You don’t trust what you find out in the wild [you can only use items bought at shops or from merchant men] - Any items you do pick up in the wild can only be sold to shopkeepers, if you can’t sell it, you can’t grab it *Note: The item rule doesn't apply to weapons, bows, or shield FOR AN EXTRA CHALLENGE [Pick and choose what you want to add]: - You must locate every stable in Hyrule - You must purchase and fully upgrade your house - You must prove yourself to the people by killing one of every boss found in the wild [Talus, Hinox, Stalnox, Molduga] - You can only eat food raw if said food in normally eaten that way [no raw meat, fish, ect.] - You must bring a horse everywhere you go, if it dies you must get a new one before continuing your adventure - Instead of the knight weapon set, use the travelers weapon set + items found around towns or stables [Ax, hoe, mop, oar, ect.] - You must deal the final blow to gannon with the Master Torch, the Torch of Legend - If you see fellow Hylians in danger, you must help them in combat

congrats on 250K subs also as a challenge run i did recently, try using only weapons that were present in previous games? it requires a little imagination for some weapons (like the fairy bow being a swallow bow) but i have a small list of what i thought counted if you would like that!

Yeah, I like the challenge so much I wanna do it myself. Just bought the amiibo coins to try my hand at it. I was short 4 amiibos, which was the best solution. Beats spending over 200 dollars on the two im missing and the two who disappeared. Lol! Good luck to any other challengers.
