This video was well edited and shot and packed with info. Ive been watching a long time but this may be one of the best produced video. The flow and the angles and cuts seemed smooth and kept me watching. Also the product list got me wanting to do it myself. Great job with the restoration as always Vick!

Such a helpful video. Someone just starting out will benefit greatly from this video. I had someone ask me how to make sure the paint matches the shoe you are wanting to paint. Great video.

Jonathan Rider For sole, use heavy brush to clean all the dirt of the bottom of the shoe, also gets in the waffle shit. For midsole use a rag with bleach to get white, the checkers need the same treatment but use a brush not a rag and it should be fine

Can we see a video on what the “Indoor setup” involves? I’m wanting to whiten the soles on my shoes and I’m wondering what type of light/setup I need.

The camera angle with the paint bottles in the back is so satisfying, I think a poster or a framed picture would look nice behind you

That setup looks good as it is. Clean and simple

Better lighting.. warm lights... I got used to the lighting in the old office... 🔥

Put a Tv behind you with a slide show of customs you did. And do like different angle shots like a montage

Dope video , I would Deff like to see more in depth of your paint mixing and matching

I got a pair of bred toe 1s today and it’s so satisfying to see the restoration of these shoes

Please go more in depth from the very beginning of how to mix and match to fix kicks like my 2013 Chicago 1’s. I’ve never restored/painted kicks but I want to start getting into it especially on my Chicago’s!

No gloves is totally fine. I detail cars and do not wear gloves, unless I’m dressing the tires. Yes gloves protect dirt from getting under fingernails but I’m a Detailer and I’ll just detail my hands. It’s more work but I don’t mind working hard. Plus latex gloves take away any feeling hahaha
