@@StaufferGarage Clearly not your job, nor your call, but with that big hole in it, id consider getting it replaced, or at least patched.

I replaced the cabin filter in a smoker's truck. Not sure I would do it in every smoke car, but it helped a TON.

Hi brother Stauffer, serious enquiry: From personal experience, using the steamer with a brush attachment can cause fading to some plastic parts.. leaving it in a chalky, burned condition.. especially with older cars… do you not experience the same when you use yours, similarly? If not, can you advise on how to avoid this from happening? For reference purposes, I use the dupray hill 304 (stainless steel) steamer unit.. Thank you for taking the time to respond.. So question….with smells and stuff, typically I hear to run an ozone generator if I have one. I am hearing everything from 5 mins to 12 hours. How long do you run these things for? I wanna get the smells out but don’t wanna damage the clients car.

Good work, but something tells me that to clear a floor it's not enough to make this car smell more better. What about ceiling in this car? Driver nose is near for ceiling than to a floor though evaporations always rise up))) And a hole in carpet under driver legs... face palm... it should to be fixed... but as usual it's another unpublished story which not included in this video.

The electronics are behind the plastic but what i would not do hit the displays with it, you can destroy it. Best way to clean it, take a microfaser cloth and hit with car cleaning product and you are good to go.

I've noticed steam cleaning sneaking in over the years. I have seen other detailers use it for stubborn spots but never on the whole vehicle. That was something that took off after the c*vid nonsense and hasn't left. Soap and water is more than enough. It's worked for hundreds of years or even longer. Steam just seems like some upsell that will part a fool and his money. And I'm all for it lol.

Hahaha I’d say try it before you knock it. Especially for cig tar and grease. Soap and water work but add soap/ water and blast steam and it melts away

I also always wonder about that as the cleaning of the headliner is rarely shown in these videos. Using steam would probably mess up the glue so i imagine just using a microfiber towel with apc and being gentle as possible to clean it.
