Installing, changing custom ROMs and their major versions (based on different Android versions) without formatting data may lead to bugs and slowdowns. It is recommended to always format data during such processes. But also formatting wears the phone memory quite a bit so formatting very often can cause the memory module to break down

​@@poyocruNot needed if you have wiped system data cache dalvic cache i guess If you dirty flash without wiping these then it would be a problem who would keep transferring data back from phone to other storage and then back i think doing that would wear UFS storage and type C port tooo and our brains too😂

Right now using swift backup. It’s most useful app for custom rom user❤.

Personally I will not try android 14 by now

This app is best. Swift backup is very bad because if you can't use your Google account so booomm you lost your data forever..

I personally use Neo Backup & Titanium bkp as double bkp.. 😂😂 and haven't got any problem since then.. I've tried Alpha Bkp.. but having some issues while restoring.. Yes need root and transfer file to sdcard.. but for Neo Bkp u can assign the folder to sdcard if using A11&12.. I've tested A13 custom rom and noticed it doesn't perform as great as A10, 11 or 12/12L . A10&11 are the best for my rmn9pro Joyeuse Global 6/128gb.. Thank you ma'am.
