My complaint is that it said I would be able to manipulate it from my phone. However, every video I'm seeing skips that part altogether. Not much on the SD. What does the Atomstack app do? Why is everyone using the same 2 programs when it said it works with a variety? Not really seeing the variety on my end.

You make a valid point, but my guess is that they mean variety in the way that they support multiple OS versions of lightburn and laserGRBL. Regardless, lightburn is the way to go if you plan on doing serious work with any of these lasers. LaserGRBL is the free route but it is limited. As far as the app goes… this review was made before the app was available so that is the reason it isn’t covered.

Hello, can you share the sett8ngs for cuttong please (wood and acrylics)? I have the same machinr and i have trouble cutting even 2mm material... thx

High output and low speed should get you there. Need to make sure the laser is in focus as well. Elevating the workpiece can help also to allow the laser to cut cleanly through without scorching the backside. Try 80% power 100 mm/min and adjust from there. Good luck!

Hello, when you tried to engrave the piece of metal, were you able to reburn the pattern for a better, more clear engraving? For instance, could you leave the project within the unit and do another burn/pass? I ask bc there are times when something, as shown, doesnt burn so well. If another pass or two is needed, would this machine be able to do another pass or would there be alignment issues?

As long as you don’t touch anything, you should be able to re-run the routine and have it make as many passes as needed.

Yes. You need to buy the rotary kit for it, but it is compatible

Is the link in your description legit? I ordered my Atomstack A5 M50 Pro from that website back in April and still haven't received it.

Did you get an order confirmation and shipping confirmation? I believe these are shipping from China so it will take some time to get to you.

@@SouthpawWorkshop I did get a confirmation but no tracking number yet. I have talked to customer support and they said it would be shipped out Monday and I would get a tracking number shortly after. But I have yet to get one as of now.

Just fans and servos. The laser doesn’t make noise.
