Neely is a hall of famer who scored 50 in 50 and if not for injury would have piled up the points. The Canucks gave up on him. Having Adam Oates helped, but he scored 50 in 50 without him.

This is the absolutely the stupiest question ever. Makes you wonder if you even know hockey? How dare you put him in the same sentence with Neely? LMAO. Forsling was drafted in the 5th round. His highest point total is 41 on a great team and he did nothing with the Hawks. Why do you need to finally replace him after 7 years? How many Canucks D already got 41 points within those 7 years? Any of them already replaced Forsling. Haha. Last year, Hronek got 43 points so he also already replaced Forsling.

I was the Adam Boqvist guy....I wanted him more than Quinn Hughes. Looking back I say to myself man you were dumb lol
We already got a Gustav Forsling.....Tom Willander. Tom Willander ppg .66 draft+1 year vs Makar ppg draft +1 .62 and Willander had no PP time, and Willander +29 v Makar +9
Adam Boqvist seems like he could be a nice fit!
I look at is a stop gap year for defense. Alvin didn't want to commit term on defense. Kinda makes sense with D Petty and Willander a season off. I get Desharnaies make sense. I just don't get Forbert. Get a more mobile lefty.

FYI Kyle people can sing in key. I can change my guitar fron standard tuning to open tuning without touching the frets and wind it up by ear on guitar.
Why not go after Cody Cece? He's available. Easily a 2nd pairing Dman....
