There is a major flaw here with respect to interest. The way I see bank interest is that it's an adjustment for inflation. Rs 1000 in 2015 will be around Rs 1300 today, the value of the rupee inevitably goes down year after year and bank interest is the safest and easiest way to partially hedge against inflation. Moreover, in developing countries like India inflation is very high.

correct alhumdulillah...but only businessman can open current account.. we can't keep lumpsum amount at home so only option left his to keep in a bank if recd interest can give in charity with the intention of not getting any benefit hereafter

If that is the case then there is no need to keep money in the bank because its equally haram because one will be condoning with the bank. Going to the bank to keep and take money is already haram. Your reasoning is not complete despite being a learned figure. But your point of having a current account is something new that I have heard off...thanks and I will spread your word to my circle of friends about it.

In my opinion (haqeer raye) i would suggest that leave the interest money in ur account. Keep calculation how much interest has been credited in ur account. Leave the interest money and use what u have been depositing.

What should we do when the urge to commit a sin of any kind is the strongest? How should we avoid committing sin at that moment?

It is the interest rates that cause inflation and is one of the most powerful tool for banks and financial institutions to control economy, markets & make enormous profits.

Asalam u Alekum Sir no bank worldwide can be islamic in the prevailing Fractional Reserve banking system where all banks create money fraudulently but legitimately according to central bank laws and then advance it to public and businesses to earn interest on such created money out of thin air.

We were given to understanding that the "Ribaa",the "interest" money can be used to pay Income taxes too. Most of the Income tax money is swindled by government officials & ruling party politicians so I.T. itself is haraam.

Ya Allah, we rely on banks to securely keep our money with no interest to take riba. We only want to distribute a portion of the wealth to charity regularly and live daily lives using cashless payments using cards. Forgive us all ya Rabb of all our sins associated with our countries’ banking system, Ameen!

Sir if we save our maney in bank we save them as currency. Any currency is a victim of inflation. I see that inflation is cause by riba practice in the economy. That is the longer you save it in bank the more you lose it due to inflation. What should we do about it?

so what can a general person do? Everything is suppose to be through bank these days. Yes I can keep the money in bank as current account where there will be no interest. However there will be annual cuts from that money in the current savings account and every year the money will keep on decreasing. And yes it is not possible for everyone to invest money in business. Specially for old people.

He already has a video on that. All these mutual funds etc use your money to invest in opportunities. It can be anything such as alcohol company like royal stag, etc. Don't let anyone deal with your money. You can however buy stocks of a company. That is completely allowed for example buying stocks of Apple or Tesla.

And be careful killing is a major sin, you don’t wanna make up your mind about it so fast, you may be going off of wrong interpretations rn, in that case it’s very dangerous for you. What isis does, killing themselves along with many other people, some of who are even muslim, is wrong. You should always fear Allah and therefore be very careful of not misinterpreting anything, because it’s very dangerous to do so, and then committing major sins. Verses of the Al Quran are meant to be interpreted within their contexts

And because of people like you, Media get the chance to rebuke Islam. If that verse mean to kill all non-muslims whereever we found, then why Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) himself and the later Khulafa did not kill all the non muslims during their kingdom? This verse was only meant to conquer the city of Masjid al-Haram (Kaba). Bcoz the arab pagans expelled Muslims from Mecca. And Most importantly, when Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) conquer the city he Forgave them all as a sign of Mercy. So do you want to say, The Prophet (pbuh) did not follow the commandment of The Quran ??? !!! Go and read the Tafsir (explanation) of this verse. if you are really a well wisher of Muslim Ummah. Well' Dr. Zakir Naik gave a logical answer; but some people need to keep money in the bank as salary' or excess funds for future use to avoid risk of robbery' snatching: funds wud either be held in current account or a saving account: if u keep in current account' bank would make more profit through investing in interest based products: your current account lets the bank making more riba! The bank would alone takes entire profit venturing more riba based things!

It is from after the Eid prayer on the Day of Sacrifice until the sun sets on the last of the days of al-tashreeq, which is the thirteenth of Dhu’l-Hijjah. So there are four days of sacrifice: the day of Eid after the prayer, and three days after that. Whoever slaughters his sacrifice before the Eid prayer is over, or after the sun sets on the thirteenth, his sacrifice is not valid

Give copies of the Holy Quran and each time they read from it, you will receive Hasanat. 6. Donating to build a school. When the students use the knowledge they receive from the school, you get hasanat, even after you have died. 7. Give away Islamic reading materials. 8. Teach someone to recite Dua and/or Dhikr ( Remembrance of Allah ) and each time it is recited, you will gain Hasanat. 9. Share via online or give Dua or Quran CDs and every time it is recited you will gain Hasanat. 10. Donate wheel chair to Hospital and when sick persons use it you will gain Hasanat. 11. Building or donating to build a Dispensary, Hospital 12. Help a child to continue his or her Education. 13. Donate to dig and build water wells or construct water tanks and when people use this well or tank you will receive Hasanat. ( Help build water wells or construct water tanks ) 14. Plant trees or donate for this cause, each time people or animals sits under the shade or eats from these trees, we will gain hasanat, even after you have died. 15. Place a water cooler in a public place. Each time people drink water from it, you will gain hasanat. Abu Huraira (Radhiallahu anhu) reported: Allah’s Messenger (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) as saying: He who called (people) to righteousness, there would be reward (assured) for him like the rewards of those who adhered to it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect. Write your question. Put it into an envelope. Write Zakir Naik's name on it and keep it near Quran. In the night angel Gabriel will collect it and deliver it to Naik sab.
