Our house panther is spread out over my chest. I'm used to sleeping with 6,5 kg gently compressing my lungs. Hey, that could be a new health trend! It always makes me feel better (except when he farts).

Prob the same affects as a weighted blanket or heating pad. Plus, there are a lot of studies about 😺 kitty purring is very relaxing/ meditative for humans to hear and feel, lowers anxiety, stress, blood pressure. So when you cat is happy, nurtured and loved so shall you be. 😊 Animals are so amazing!! We are so lucky to share our planet with so many incredible creatures ❤️. I hope everyone has a beautiful, restful, rejuvenating sleep and when you wake, you are ready to conquer your dreams and make the world a kinder, more loving place.

I've been listening to your music since this January, when my severe insomnia peaked. I couldn't fall asleep up to 6-7 a.m., while i had to get up at 8 a.m. every day, and none of any sedatives or sleeping pills worked. It felt like being disconnected from the real world after just 1 hour of sleep a day during months... But now my sleep is revitalizing, i receive medication, and additionally after months of listening to your music i feel like my soul healed and my anxiety level reduced. I know, my story isn't as dramatic as others have, but anyway. Thank you for helping in overcoming our issues and thank you for being a light in the darkness for all of us🌌

My son has autism and cannot sleep without these sounds. I’m neurodivergent as well and they help me so much with my insomnia! A lot of neurodivergent folx struggle to sleep, especially because of sensory issues but this helps me fall asleep faster than most anything else I’ve tried! Thank you 🙏🏾

Sleep tube, you had always help me calm me down , I feel asleep. I last play relaxing music in 2021 base on my playlist last video added was of Christmas 2021. Then 2022 -2023 a lot going on and just messy. 2024 had eczema, I can hear cracking noise .it looks like viral infection cause creams don’t stay on, when I caught my clothes buzz.

My mom passed away one month ago, and my sleep is very fragmented. Although I might not be getting near enough sleep, these wonderful works of art keep me from obsessive, unhappy thoughts.
