Pretty close on saying sounded like a snoop beat, it was originally producer for Tha Dogg Pound and was givin to 2Pac when he was released from prison.

If you ever wanna do a whole 2Pac album, I recommend "Me Against The World." Can't C Me is good, as is the "All Eyez On Me" album, but not his best in my opinion. It goes hard but that's not all of who Pac was. Also holy shit those lyrics are atrociously wrong.
