Healthy? That tea had a lot of grams of sugar, the agave has 16grams alone, not sure how much is in the dragonfruit, and Apple juice is one of the worse culprits when it comes to high sugar content. 😮

You can look at Mayfair and tell she is not eating ‘healthy’ foods. The Matcha was ruined with sugary additions.

Malaika getting her ears pierced so nice, I pierced my daughters own when they were a little baby about two are three months. and I don't regret doing it. mom your flight cancelled were a blessings sad to say it like that. but you get to spend more time with Malaika, Mayfair and Winston I know they love you so much and you love them too🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

Mannnn, how times have changed. My first holes/piercing in my ears were done with a needle followed by a broom stick burned on both sides to keep my holes open. Malaika is a trooper!!! Good Content #theclements 👍🏽👍🏽.
