Might sound strange, but this method of crystal healing is exactly what I saw in my meditation few years back , I am from India, and i had no idea about crystals or the fact that it can be used in healing, after that meditation, i learnt that's it's used in some ancient civilizations and it was probably a past life flash . Essentially ,it magnifies intent .OK if your ' pure of heart ' .But how many of us want our intent magnified ? But that precise ability is what allows your inner self to be seen through a lens to a healer . But having the ability to hold energy makes them essential as a talisman. @@nellen474 My suggestion would be to get Charoite, Obsidian and a raw Amethyst. Stones should be cleansed 1st .Salt water ( ocean water ) or buried for 24 hours .Then they should be charged .Out under a full moon or on a piece of Selenite. Fast for 72 hrs while wearing the Charoite. Tip: there are devices called CES that you plug to you ears,and can change the brain waves to be in alpha,theta, delta or beta1 states. They are great for calming the mind. Theres 100hz function that helps with obsessive thoughts OCD, and stimulating serotonin.. I recommend the Oasis pro device sense it has this function. There's also a radio/music player app that plays music of 432hz or 528hz. Its called 432player. (I dont work for these companies,im just trying to help)

I just heard about neurofeedback and the devices are actually quite affordable online. I’m still researching but found a device with a cap that has the points mapped out to help one assist attaching the electrodes to the desired areas each with corresponding to an intended therapy target. It had a lot of really good reviews on Amazon in the $150 range. I haven’t purchased anything yet because I want to research more but it seems to be super effective at resetting our brains to a healthy state and release/heal us from traumatic brain waves that have been programmed into us.

@@GingeRenee the device you’re looking for is like more for training of the brain, which has its pros. the CES devices, create these waves no matter what you doing ..like if you feel restless, or anxious, obsessive but want to watch a movie, all you need to do is put the device either on alpha ,delta or 100hz, and you are able to concentrate (delta is to calm it really fast). this is especially useful for anyone with mental health issues (ocd, overthinking, etc). the ces device i recommended isn’t cheap but the 100hz is worth it to stop obsessive thoughts

I feel it does but unless we can study frequencies and vibrations under a subatomic level we won't know for sure.
