Both sentences mean "can you ride a bicycle?"
自転車に乗ることができますか?
自転車に乗れますか?

    "のむことができます" and "のめます" have the same meaning. But there is a slight difference in nuance. "のめます" feels a little more frank and lighter🍷🍾
