Dont know about the rest but i stoped parkour in my 30s and i could do 2-3 clean muscle ups and 5-6 more muscle ups using a bit of momentum. I could do a flag and back lever and straddle front lever.Last but not least i could go from L sit to handstand. Whats funny is that even though i had a solid background , in the next couple of years i did not improve much.Yes i could do like 6 clean muscle ups and another 6 with momentum , i could do front and back lever around 7-8 seconds each , i improved a bit the flag i could keep it for 10 seconds but thats it. Tried Planche when i was 32ish and i sucked , right when i started to get a bit of proggression i had a shoulder injury and left me 1 year off. Started again a year after and again when i was about to become the older me i got injured.... This goes back and forth for a couple of years now...Im 36 and i cant seem to be able to keep up without injuries... Everything after my 30s was a huge decline to the point im considering taking Testosterone or speak with a doctor for TRT although i dont think he would agree given the young of my age. Guess the planche will be a dream for me :( Im so impressed by these two guys. I couldnt believe my eyes when the one with the white shirt did the straddle planche. What a beast. Both of them really strong guys. Id do the same video with people doing Break Dance too. I have many friends that used to Break Dance and they all are crazy powerful.

That's good progress. I did Parkour as well for 8 years and trained Planche simutaneously. I got straddle after 2 years. Then I lost it because I messed up my wrists (didn't train with parallettes big mistake) And now I do Calisthenics Full Time and I can Full Planche for a couple of seconds. Took forever but it was worth it. Still a long way to go. Just keep pushing, even when it's not going well in terms of gains. It's actually easy to incorporate upper body strength training while doing parkour. That's what I did and it's what they’re doing as well. That's why they are so good.
